The folks at Elkhart U Haul were very good, professional. It’s a well equipped U Haul. The reason for 3 stars, instead of more, is that I reserved on-​line and the estimate was about $ 150 to rent a van for 23 hours and travel 300 miles. The final actual cost was $ 189. The extra costs were legitimate, taxes and insurance. But I felt like the on-​line estimate was misleading. My advice is to not use the on-​line reservation service, but to call the U Haul franchise you will rent from.
