Wendy’s

Not a huge fan of Wendy’s other items but their Spicy jalapeño chicken sandwich is AMAZING. I honestly enjoy every bite of it. The ghost fries are just as good.
The soft bun, the coated chicken, the cheese, the little bits of jalapeño, and the spicy sauce works perfectly together.
Highly recommended.

All 4 burgers were cold. Not even lukewarm. Actually cold. Like they came out of a cooler or something. I know this is fast food but this is unacceptable. Huge fail Wendy’s!

I’ve never had a bad experience here before, either dining in to eat or going through the drive thru. They always have my food READY by the time I order through the intercom and finish paying! I live down the street and it’s my go to place when I have to grab a quick lunch.

They always mess up on my order in drive thru every time I’ve been there… it doesn’t seem like they listen or repeat.

Ate here again against my will (girlfriend’s choice). Just updating my stars to 1. Staff is really nice and friendly now but the food is just disgusting.

The cashier didn’t know about the soft serve. Really? The server didn’t even know about the food and he’s at the cash register. The cashier didn’t know about the service at all.

Never been to a Wendy’s before, but I’m impressed. Both food and service were excellent. I had a garden side salad, which was very fresh, impressive for a fast food place. Also had the Asiago Chicken Club, which was also excellent. I ordered it spicy, and it was just a touch of spice. I could really taste the Asiago, too. Service was fast and efficient. Not 5 stars just because it’s fast food; on par with other fast food places but not the same as a sit-​down restaurant.

We go to this location the service is a little better but I’m not going to say its all that much better the food was ok that new pulled pork was dry I think the so called Cole slaw was horrible the fries were ok still only gets 2stars.

This is a Wendy’s, basic layout. Bathrooms clean, GREAT customer service by the kid behind the counter. Food is food, I love their baked potatoes with a bowl of chili on top. Great value and a nice place to stop on the way home from Tahoe.

Wendy’s fries are my fave of all fast food fries. When I get a craving, I usually hit up this drive thru. Yesterday, I got some and grabbed a couple as I was driving off. They were beyond salty. I think those two fries alone had my daily allotted sodium intake. So, I looped back around and went through the drive-​thru again. I told them about the over salted fries and they were apologetic & said they would replace them right away. Staff were very courteous and replaced my small order with a medium order instead. The fries were perfect and I was one happy camper!

Wendy’s is great for their BBQ ranch chicken salad and frosties!
We love to come by here as it’s close to home by our favorite car wash and Arco gas station down the street!
My HB donated to their Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption and in turn when we order whatever we will show them our 2015 Wendy’s Frostie keychain tag and get a complimentary Jr. Frosty until 12÷31÷15.
My HB knows I love my ice cream runs:) I’m so lucky to have a thoughtful hubby:))) Come here if you want salad or ice cream or your quick fix of whatever! I know I will be back!!!

Dry jerky like asiago chicken sandwich. This place seems like it’s rather save a buck than keep their food fresh. Even one of the employees said they just leave the food sitting out. I’m pretty sure that if it isn’t used it’s supposed to be thrown out after so many minutes… yet they want $ 15 an hour… smh. they offered another one that was already cooked and ready or to wait for one to cook, um yeah I will wait. Corporate needs to start paying attention to how their franchises are run. This isn’t the first horrible experience I’ve had with Wendy’s.

Been coming here for yrs just bc it’s right behind my house. Service has always been horrible and employees need home training. Make sure to check every single item in your bag before leaving bc they most likely will screw something up everytime

Great food & customer service. I was immediately greeted by Tiffany when I walk in. She was super nice and helped me out with all my questions about the menu. Very patient & gave me all the sauces I asked for. I will be coming back to this Wendy’s because of her.

Me and my brother went to have lunch paid $ 15 for our food, and our food was cold. And one of our buns was burnt and hard.(eww) we turned back around to get this order fixed. I ALWAYS check my food. So we go back and I explain to her that our food was cold and that I won’t be eating this. She apologized and said that she would fix it. So waited and she comes back with our food. I asked my brother to check the food again to make sure they just didn’t throw it in the microwave. They didn’t but my brothers burger was greasy and sloppy. And my burger almost look like the same burnt bun as before, but it was a little tough to bite into. I had stop going to this Wendy’s for a reason but my brother had a taste for it. I’d rather spend my money somewhere else.

Now although I was using promotional coupons for free jr. Frosty’s, which were purchased; when I ordered the on shift supervisor seemed perturbed at my request for 15 of them (for my nieces & nephews). So when I handed them out to the kids to see most nearly just half filled was a real bummer. The service there is usually pretty good but geez come on man! I’m still a customer. P. s. They were dead at the time too! What ever! Too bad.

Seriously, don’t come here ever. It’s worth your drive across town to go to the other location. I live close to this location so I used to come here a lot, but today was definitely the last time. There has NEVER been a time when I’ve come here and had a good (or even decent) experience. Whether it’s forgetting something, charging me extra, or just plain rude employees.
Tonight I waited around 10 minutes for my order. I specifically asked the girl, Bella, for sour cream, butter, salt and pepper. You’d think at least sour cream would be standard with the sour cream and chive baked potato. When I came back around the drive through and told her she forgot those things her exact response, after a shrug, was «it’s not my fault.» I said «Excuse me? Are you implying it’s my fault?» She said «Welllll at least I’m not blaming you but it’s not my fault.» What?! Are you kidding me? Just apologize and give me the things you forgot!!!
I am NOT a harsh critic and you can see that in my other reviews. But this Wendy’s is my least favorite place in Elk Grove hands down. I would give it zero stars if I could. I could probably write a full essay about the different occasions I’ve come back from here angry.
So far I’ve come across two competent employees that I can think of. Ashlyn and Kendall. That’s it. Don’t go here.

I haven’t been to a Wendy’s in years and I just went to this one and I have got to say it was the awes… WORST food I have ever had. My burger I ordered was supposed to have cheese and it came with none. Also they put no sauce or flavoring in it. I went up to the cashier and showed them my burger and they tell me that I had opened the wrapper already so I couldn’t get a new one. Also the fries I got were almost soggy. When I picked them up they fell apart.

I like Wendy’s, I really do BUT what is up with the quality at this location!?! I got a burnt blahhhhhhh potato last night — shrievled up, over-​cooked, and small! Whaaaat the heck! NOT HAPPY! Next time I won’t drive away and not at least look at my order cause if I get another potato that looks that way Ima throw it back at them! :P
The burgers are good here — meat is tasty for being fast food. Oh and go back to the old fries ya’all had before please. The new one’s SUCK.

What more can I say, this location is always friendly and fast with their service. I occasionally drive through here to pick up a cup of chili when I am starving after a long day of work. It is a great way for me to nourish my body before it starts shutting down. I never had any issues with this location. By the time I receive my card back from the staff, the food is ready for me.
4 stars because I never dined in and cannot provide review about that.
