I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews! I’ve been here multiple times over the past year, and I’ve never had any issues. I always get the Spicy Italian foot-long on wheat bread. The servers have always been incredibly kind, and they’ve never messed up my order. In addition, I always ask for«everything except pickles» on my order. Unlike other Subways that I’ve been to, this one always fills my sandwich(to the point where it can barely close) with vegetables — and sometimes they add a few extra pieces of salami as well. I’ve been found my experience here to be consistent over the past year and with multiple servers.

Just grabbed a sandwich. Alyssa made it perfect. Was very pleasant and courteous. Remembered all the produce I wanted while the sandwich toasted. The staff here is always great. Sandwich was tasty.

Wish I could award a negative star! Horrible customer service. This subway is never crowded when I go in, I guess i now know why. I called and spoke with the owner Dillon regarding his staff and I now understand why his staff is blasé about customer service. I live down the street from this location, I will travel to a farther location if I get a subway craving.

Walked in to subway on Laguna and Franklin around 3 o’clock and the store was so hot inside that the employee behind the counter was sweating. I told the owner it was extremely hot on the shop and all she could say«oh it’s the oven» ordered a $ 6 deal that turned out to cost over $ 7. Got home and as I unwrapped it, it was sloppy wrapped and not to mention the bread was old! Never going back!

I’ve went to several Subways around Elk Grove but this one is the the closest to my house. I ordered a 6″ inch Roast Beef on white. Well, I got maybe at the most a 5″ instead. I know that it may be depending on the person cutting the bread and making the sandwich too. I did mention to her that it looked smaller than usual and she replied, «It’s 6», I promise”. If you’re gonna make promises sweetie, then at least back it up! I’ll be making an extra mile trip to the Subway down the street from now on.

I went in there 10 minutes before they closed and the lady acted like it was the end of the world. I sat there and ate for a few minutes and a man ordered me to leave very rudely. I was very offended by there customer service. It was the first time I had a problem. I understand it’s a Friday night and they want to get out of there and go home, but customers come first.

Super nice and friendly staff. We love coming into this Subway compared to other Subways in Elk Grove.

Very friendly workers, fresh veggies, and clean place. Reading the reviews, I was not to sure what i was going to bump into, either rude employees or a shady cashier. Nothing but good food and friendly service was what I had. This place is cleaner than most subways, not super busy.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a party platter at this location and called me up while I was at the parking lot to pick up my sandwiches to let me know to pick up my party platter at their other location. I even spoke with Pinky, the owner a few days before to confirm my order. She didn’t mention anything about picking up my order at her other location. I would recommend everyone to go to other locations in Elk Grove and avoid this one and her other location on Laguna Blvd. Not even an apology from this owner. PLAINRUDEANDUNACCEPTABLE!!!

This is a smaller location, but glad they put one in this area. Only a few seats if you want to eat in, but you can sit outside at Jamba or Starbucks to eat. No complaints on the service or food, its what i expect from a Subway.

So my friend and I wanted to be healthy and eat at subway. He told me they put rubber in there sandwiches but that didn’t discourage me cause I was hungry. So we go to make our order contemplating on what to order being indecisive. I order first, the 6 inch spicy italian. The lady seemed to be nice but the lady was laughing at my friend and I whispering at her co workers ear about us. After I get my order completed, she tells me that she wants to finish my friends order first before she rings me up. She took like 10 minutes to make just 2 sandwiches. Then after our orders were completed they were still laughing at us. And I’m thinking who does this girl think she’s laughing at… I do not wanna get censored on Unilocal right now. Anyways we leave and use the hospitality at Starbucks to eat our food. When we leave and walk passed Subway the lady looked at us again laughing. getting on my nerves. I will never eat here again. Well I probably still will.

I have been here twice now and both times I have had bad experiences. The first time they were out of multiple bread options and the second time I asked for a cup for water and they refused. I told them you can walk into any restaurant and request a cup of tap water by law but they said the manager told them they were not allowed to. I’ve seen multiple people working there and none of them ever had a good attitude or greeted a customer with a smile or hello. If you really want subway I would recommend driving around a little while until you find a different one. I know I will.

This is definitely my favorite Subway in EG. The people who work there have always been friendly. They’re definitely quick, efficient, and the sandwiches are put together well. Even when they’re not busy, they’re all still running around doing something. That’s super appreciated by a former retail manager. Haha. Parking is plentiful as the lot always has space. This location is clean. The veggies are fresh. 4 stars.

I went to the Laguna and Franklin location and the owner assisted me. I told her to veggie flatizzas and add meat to them… she charged me for all the veggies instead of 4 items it was 7… so five dollars turned into $ 12…the owner laughed and said ‘I didn’t do anything wrong.” I told her she was real shaddy. She did not give me the receipt… I had to go back and get it. It was still on the machine so I pulled it off. 7 charges for bacon! Never go there… I made a complaint online too. The Elk Grove location was clean when I went, but alittle in the morning.

Same as most Subways. I like this one in particular because they are never under staffed. They are quick and polite. The same family own this one as the one on Laguna and Franklin and they do a good job of staffing and keeping the place clean.

Drove by this busy Elk Grove Blvd and Franklin intersection earlier today and came across this spankin, new Subway sign and thought«Whoo hoo! Finally!» It’s perfect for that plaza and its close to home. We can now quickly drop in for a quick, fresh, healthy, affordable meal. All thanks to the Jared inspiration and promotions of $ 5 footlongs. Upon walking in, I see that the place is smaller but didn’t really bother me. I liked how everything was so new and clean, but then I looked down at the tile flooring and see all kinds of scuff marks and grime… for a new restaurant, your floor should always be clean or kept clean. There were 4 people working and I was the only customer, someone needed to grab a mop! Let the nice girl working the counter know that I was waiting for a friend and sat down. She was nice and seemed to actually care about customer service. That was the only pleasant part of the experience. My buddy and I both ordered the same thing. Two footlong Philly Cheesesteaks on Italian Herb and Cheese bread. This time it was a guy who made both of our sandwiches. While waiting for our sandwiches to come out of the«toaster» my buddy asked the guy, «How are you?» After about 9 seconds, he looked up at us with a blank stare and then looked back down to grab the sandwiches. My buddy and I looked at each other with the«Oh hell no/WTF» face. We weren’t sure whether to get mad or laugh. Maybe we were being put on one of those hidden camera shows, sadly that was not the case. Then he said, these sandwiches come with double cheese, would you like double cheese? We both said sure. Why not right? Who doesn’t love cheese?!! As he was slowly placing the cheese pieces onto our sandwiches, he had to stop and count how many slices he had placed on it. As this was going on, the owner(older man not wearing a uniform) stood at the cash register and shouted some crap to the sandwich maker in Hindi or Indian. He did this twice when it came down to placing our meat and cheese. Weird? Whatever we just tried to ignore it. Checked out while my buddy was getting his topping game on the sandwich. Came out to $ 18.87, uhh I seriously thought it was a mistake but it turns out it’s not part of the $ 5 footlong and we were charged $ 2 extra for more cheese!!! WOW, you’ve got to be kidding me. Who the hell would pay almost $ 20 for two subway sandwiches, unless its topped with fresh salmon, sturgeon caviar, and gold flakes then I’d be okay with it. I then turned to the guy who made our sandwiches and said«Didn’t you tell me the double cheese was included and they’re $ 5 footlongs. Plus the sign outside says $ 5ANY footlong» He then said«isn’t it?» to his dad/owner? And that was shortly followed by a «Oops, sorry.» Worst customer service ever. If you say something, then you are more than required to keep up to the customer expectation. Why would I ever want to return? They didn’t budge with the price or anything. I work hard for my money and that was such a pity. We tried to see past this whole ordeal as we sat down and opened our sandwiches. They literally made this«flop» sound and fell apart in front of us. They failed to wrap a sandwich. How sad. The experience went from not bad, to decent, and then to complete fail. Our sandwiches were good though, or maybe we were just starving. Although this is a new establishment, I should’ve witnessed more more trained employees and professionalism. Not a single smile, not a single ounce of happy business.
