Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I used to go to the Sherwin-​Williams off Elk Grove-​Florin but I came to this one because it was a bit closer. When my husband and I entered the store we were pleasantly greeted by Kent who was very helpful with our paint purchase. I already knew which colors I wanted so he showed us the actual paint chips and even recommended we take them outside to see them under the sunlight. Kent gave a great explanation of the different types of paint/​glosses available and we definitely felt he wasn’t just trying to sell us the most expensive product but gave us enough information to get the best bang for our buck. Great customer service (Kent even carried all our paint to our car), good variety of paint supplies and very clean store compared to the other Sherwin-​Williams which is only minutes away. I will only be buying paint from THIS Sherwin-​Williams location from here on out.

Best customer service ever! I called them for a paint I used 7 years ago to paint my house interior. Not only they did the necessary research to see if they can find the same paint I have, they went above and beyond and contact the original store I purchased the paint from and see if they have any thing left in stock that can meet my needs. At the end, they had to mix a paint nearly close to mine for me in 10 minutes flat. They have my loyalty for life!
