By far the WORST experience I have ever had in dealing with a shop! Mike D does not return calls. It took well over a week for a fuel pump replacement.(almost 2 weeks to be exact). Sadly, my son took his truck there and it’s going on 3 weeks for repairs, we were told he could not locate the parts and the insurance wouldn’t pay for them even though a supplemental request was never sent to the insurance and I was expected to pay for them. My son located the parts in less than 4 hours. We were consistently told«I’m on it, gotta wrap up/button up a few things! Truck is STILL not done! My son is in jeopardy of losing his job because of his lack of his work truck! Bureau of automotive repairs has been informed, complaint filed, as well as with the BBB. EG chamber of commerce is next. There are too many shops that are professional and do NOT expect the customer to do the parts hunt and pay(covered by insurance) out of pocket. As far as my first vehicle, I couldn’t get a copy of my receipt when I picked my vehicle up(1,000 + dollars in work) because«the printer is out of ink» been over a month even though I was told they would be emailed to me and I’ve asked for them and still have NOT received them! I’m glad I had the foresight to take pictures of the paper work he had so I could download them to my computer so at least I have something! I would NOT recommend this shop! Take your business elsewhere to a more professionally run business…

I had my Subaru repaired and painted by Northern Auto and I will say that their team is highly skilled and experienced from start to finish. They are thorough and they will go the extra mile to make sure that they give you the best and outdo any service you might get at Maaco or other mainstream body shops. I would recommend them to anyone. Enrique is the man!
