New owners took over awesome customer service! Cody and moe got me set up with brand-new smart phone and a afordable monthly plan! They didn’t put no pressure on me to buy other stuff like the other Metros ! All and all I was so pleased !!

Went in today because of a issue with phone and they were closed for remodel.(They are opening on Wednesday) However the employees still helped me and fixed my issue. Thank you! I’ll be back to get myself a new phone next month and my free accessories. Thanks guys!

This store has really gone down customer service wise. It used to be a pleasant experience, everyone so helpful. Now I dread going there. The manager is this very big lady, she looks like a cross between Roseanne Barr and Rosie O’Donnel. All the times I have come into this store, she has yet to even speak. Then there is this Hispanic female. I bought some earphones from there that were not working right. Rather just exchange these $ 14 earphones, she actually had to try and PROVE that they were working correctly. Just exchange them, DAM! I have better things to do with my time then to lie about $ 14 Metro Pcs brand headphones. Then one time I was in there because my phone was not working correctly. The employee that was dealing with me went to go ask the asst. manager, and asst. manager tells him what to tell me right in front of me within ear shot. I’m like I CANHEARYOU! Why don’t YOU just come and tell me?! Some real characters over at this store.

Horrible service! Employees ate rude even management! Not at all helpful! Do not even acknowledge you when you walk in even with no customers in store! I’ve been in twice and had the same service!
