Thank you to the manager at this location who went above and beyond to help me make my purchase, even though I forgot my wallet! Her creativity, desire to help, and knowledge of online purchase options saved the day. Thank you.

Very clean, spacious and organized store. Peggy was very pleasant and had great customer service skills. Two thumbs up for Peggy!

If I knew about the extra stuff they sold inside during my high school years I would probably go here a lot. Years ago, the GameStop near my house used to sell trading cards but then they stopped. This location still sells trading cards and other card games. If I was still a huge fan of yugioh I would go to this location to get both trading cards and video games.
The other thing I like about this location is that they always have the game I want in stock.

Best GameStop my boyfriend and I have ever been to. The manager here is awesome (Kat? I think her name is) and very knowledgable. She always gives us the best suggestions for new games based on what she knows we like to play, and is super engaging. The place is well-​stocked, neat, and never has a long line!

GameStop is THE place to go for all your video game needs and wants. The employees are very knowledgable and willing to share their experiences. The store has a small foot print but they almost always what I am looking for In-​Stock. I never feel rushed; my kids and I often take our time playing with the Demos or looking for that perfect game. GameStop prices are often competitive and the PowerUp rewards quickly rack up. They also buy back used games, so after you beat or get bored of your game, sell it back to them.

The employees are nice, but this place is kind of a joke.
I got an Xbox one for Christmas, but my dinosaur of a television didn’t have a HDMI input thing. Which I needed in order to plug in the xbox. So, I called this particular gamestop and asked if there was some sort of cord that could plug into my tv components and into the xbox one as well. They told me yes, that they had it, and to come on in.
So by the time I got off work, my boyfriend and I went to gamestop and stood in a 30 minute line to ask for the cord. There were no associates out on the floor to help people. Which was bizarre considering how busy it was.
We finally get to the front of the line, ask for the cord, and the man who «helped» us immediately says, «it doesn’t exist.» To which my boyfriend relied, «we called earlier today and you guys said you it?».
So now the man’s answer changes to, «oh, well uh, there may be some sort of third party manufacturer that makes them. But to my knowledge they don’t exist.» Which STILL doesn’t answer our question. Not only did he give us the dumbest answer EVER, he didn’t even bother trying to help us or try looking for it at another store.
So end of story, we actually did end up finding the cord that «doesn’t exist». That same night at a radioshack.

I came here a few months back and bought a used game. I came home and opened the case and the employee didnt put the game in the case so I had to go back and get it.
I gave it another shot today because I wanted to get another ps4 game. I walked in, waited foreeever while the one girl employee was helping out people by herself with no other staff members to help. Then she coughed, sneezed, and rubbed her nose snot all over her hands and fingers while helping out a customer who was eating ice cream.
Disgusted…I immediately walked out and went to the other Gamestop over by Target.
And clean your front doors with window cleaner. It’s covered with fingerprints all over. Gross.

Most games can be bought cheaper online and sold for more as well but theres just that time when your friend from back in the day comes by and you really need to buy 4 boxes or oreos, 3 2 liters of pepsi and call of duty world at war so u can kill zombies till the wee hours of the morning… in those certain times this store does tend to come in handy

Just picked up a console bundle set and the employees were very cool and helpful. They also have a big selection of games and everything is nicely spaced out. It’s also next to a tech fixing place so you can take your broken or out-​of-​order consoles and devices there.
I would definitely recommend people to go to this gamestop and I would go again.

Mostly every employee that i have talked too are very cool and know what they are talking about. However one day i went it and some white guy was soo rude to me. I would ask him questions and all he would do is shake his head! No longer coming here.

super friendly staff, they know what their doing and have a tremendous library of video games in their heads on the fly. also they make it feel more like a family owned business rather than a corporation. they will help you pick out the right games that fit your needs and most of their picks are perfect ^_​^ definitely highly recommended.

My kids had to clean up their old games, which they have collected for last 5+ years. The employee, Mike took for a while to find out the trade-​in value since we had so many games; he was very friendly and made sure everything went well.
