Love this place! Love all the ladies who work here they are all very friendly and knowledgable and are willing to help and give advice but not be too pushy about telling you what to buy. They have a great selection of items. I frequent the shop to purchase probiotics for myself and my infant daughter as well as herbal supplements for various health issues that come up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for organic and or homeopathic remedies, self care items, etc. great little shop!

My assumption was that they would be pushy & overpriced. I was so wrong. Not only are they laid back & nice but very educated.
Here’s how they won me over:
1) They beat Amazon’s price on a product I wanted.
2) I asked the owner to recommend me products for acne & eczema. Her response: diet changes. She didn’t try to sell me anything.
This store earned a loyal customer today. Thanks ladies!

Olivia is so helpful, intelligent, and knows a tons about the usage of the right vitamins for specific mental and physical issues. I was more than HAPPY I chose to go Elk Grove Vitamins over some generic chain like The Vitamin Shoppe, who just care about weight loss supplements and sell JUNK vitamins with FILLERS and are like USED car salesmen. (the BAD kind) I can feel the improvement in my mood, energy, and sleeping better already. A lot of tension and anger is being turned around to a more peaceful feeling. And my energy levels are not too high, nor too low. She knew exactly what vitamin regimen to set me up with. Thank you Olivia. :)

Went to Elk Grove Vitamins today for the first time looking for items that would help with allergies and also to relieve pain. I came away with product to help with my pain, but also sinus allergy relief. The staff there is so nice and super knowledgeable. They also sell local honey which is great for allergies. Local honey is sometimes hard to find for me, but now I know where to go. If you’re looking for natural therapies to help with your ailments or just to help stay healthy then this is the place for you. I even found a refillable squishy pack for my daughter to put her homemade baby food for my grandson. FIVE STARS all the way!!!

Being an Elk Grove resident I like to support the small town businesses rather than the big box stores. I miss my friend Lee, but Joanne is still there and the other ladies are very helpful of what I am looking for and know I am getting high quality vitamins.
Be sure to go on their website and sign up for cupons because that 20% off really helps with the final total. The cupons are also in the Elk Grove Shopper.
Easy access into the Elk Park Shopping Center, now that they finished the on ramp construction to the fwy on ramp… Give them a try and you will be happy

This place is awesome! Went in to look for some whey protein options and ended up receiving a total education in herbs and their effects on the body. I also learned that they provide open educational health seminars for everyone. The staff was very warm and personable. I will definitely return for all of my health and wellness needs. I highly recommend you go and check them out.

Went for my first time. Was looking for specific items and seeking knowledge on others. From the second I walked in the store the three employees there were all welcoming and eager to make sure I was receiving help. The young man who helped me (didn’t get his name), walked with me through the store and found exactly what I was looking for, while also expanding my knowledge on products as well. I loved the wide variety of products, and honesty and knowledge of the employees; most of all, their kindness. I will be back!

Stopped in here looking for a sleep aid for my little ones and not only did they have the one we were looking for they had many others. They were extremely nice and informative with excellent customer service. If you buy vitamins and don’t go here you are doing yourself a disservice.

Good selection of vitamins and supplements. Local business with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The supplement advice and options I have experienced here have been great and void of any «pressure to buy something» I have experienced at other stores. They also have occasional seminars on healthy living, etc.
While they are just as spendy as any vitamin store, the customer service will have you returning to this well functioning supplement shop, while supporting a great local business!

This is a good little market for natural products and vitamins. They have decent prices and a good selection. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I still miss the Sac. Natural Foods Co-​op, but this is a good replacement for a place to shop for vitamins and supplements.
