DON’T DO IT!!! this place is a joke. The owner Scott penario doesn’t have things together. I called in as a friend referral and he ordered me two beds or so he said… I did not give a deposite thank god because if u look at other reviews other people that gave deposits were not given a refund! So he ordered the beds gave me a pick up date and I called that morning and he said oh the driver didn’t have room on the truck to get my beds. So I rescheduled w him and he set up another date a week later. Again I called before I wasted my time driving an hour one way to his «shop» which I hear is an empty warehouse. And he said again some b.s. about the driver. So he gave me yet another date for pick up. This whole time he knew he could not get me the beds and gave me no courtesy calls or heads up, I was calling him before I drive down there which I assumed I was going to get my beds. This is no way to do business. So yet again he re schedules me for two weeks later and schedules me for a Monday. First off this Monday was a holiday, second I called the business to listen to the machine and see what their hours if operation were and guess what they aren’t even open Mondays!!! So I call him all weekend and text him on his personal cell phone mind you as I was referred by a friend, and he text me 12 midnight Sunday. And says that yet again it’s a no go. Now his excuse is he is in the bay for a family function. So I wait wait wait for these beds yet again and after another week of me yet again calling texting w NO response I get upset and text him that this is ridiculous etc… And he finally tells me that the beds are discontinued now. However he «ordered» them over a month ago. ALL LIES ALL BULLSH**. Unless you wanna get taken for a ride I suggest don’t mess with this guy. The better business bureau gave him an F on a scale from A-​F for customer dissatisfaction etc.

Scott Panerio refused to deliver the couch we paid for — and then when we asked for the deposit back he refused that as well. He has not given a reason for not delivering or not refunding — he just keeps setting us a time and place to meet and then stands us up. This guy is the worst person to buy anything from — stay away unless you plan to throw away your money and time.

put it this way… i’d pay top dollar for my furniture before ever going here again! they are by definition — cheap — in every aspect. and trust me, its not a good thing!

This place is a joke. They placed an ad on Craigslist stating they had furniture so I called to inquire about a bed they had advertised. The person that answered said it was available and they were open from 1 – 6 every day. I chose a day and drove the 50 or so miles to their «store: which was in all actuality a deserted warehouse with just a very few pieces of furniture scattered around in it. And although I arrived at approximately 4:50pm the doors were all locked. After a few minutes the owner Scott Panerio, came to the door and said that he had been outside loading the truck and was sorry. When I inquired about purchasing the bed he said that they didn’t have any but «his guy» could pick one up from the Bay Area and have it there the next day by noon. I told him that it was going to be tough for me to get back there but I would have to figure something out and would get back to get it. I left, leaving him a $ 50 deposit for the bed, for which he wrote me a receipt on a receipt that he had previously written for someone else and had scratched out their information. The next afternoon I rushed out of work so that I could make it down there by the 6 o’clock closing time with the intention of picking up the bed. Just prior to arriving at the location I encountered some traffic congestion and called to make sure he would still be there. At this time he told me that «his guy» had been delayed and would not be back with the bed until the next morning. I told him that I was not interested in driving back down the 90 – 100 miles round trip for a third day in a row and he offered to have «his guy» meet me about 15 miles closer. I said I didn’t know and would call him back. The next morning he began calling me at 7am asking if I was going to take the bed or not. I told him I didn’t believe so because it was costing me more than what it was worth in gas alone. He asked what he could do to make it right, I asked to have the bed delivered and he said they couldn’t do that, but that «his guy» could meet me at my convenience. I said that would be ok with an additional discount for my fuel bill. He offered $ 20 off and «his guy» would meet me. When I told him that I could meet the guy at 6pm that evening, he then said he couldn’t do that because «his guy» went home at 5 that day. So much for at my convenience. I told him that, I needed it for guests coming in the next week and that I was going to be out of town for the weekend so that was a problem. He kept asking what he could do, but with everything I suggested there was an excuse. Finally I found a local store that carried the EXACT same bed and placed an order with them. When I called him to tell him, he initially would not answer the phone and only after I called multiple times did he even call me back. I told him that I had found the bed somewhere else and that I wouldn’t need it from him. He said that i shouldn’t have done that and I would not get my deposit back. Fortunately I had used my American Express to pay it so I called to have them take care of it. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone and beware of furniture «store» ads on Craigslist.
