Horrible establishment I have ever seen. Not only is it difficult to get in when on either busy street, but there entrance is «ludacris». The employees are uneducated, ignorant, and it’s a freak show inside. They hardly understand English, but gets a attitude with you for them picking this low minimum position. Not only is the location horrific but you see pimps, hoes, and drug dealers coming from those raunchy hotels. Funny…in order to submit this I needed to give this piece of s#?! a star their not worth

I was quite pleased with the customer service I received but I was not that impressed with the food flavor. I know White Castle has a cult following but to me it was just eh. I was able to satisfy my hunger which was the goal but I don’t think I will be chomping at the bit the next time we have the option to eat there. I was observing the staff and they all seemed like they got along well and were enjoying their job. That’s important and I appreciate them. The fries, cheese fries, onion rings and burgers were also quite affordable. If your budget is low this is a great option to feed a lot of people.

They forgot to include my mozzerella sticks in the bag after making me wait 10 minutes or more for my food … I get home & there’s no mozzarella sticks. I tried calling the store and left a message. No call back. I guess I’ll have to call corporate later …

Wow very disappointed in white castle! Not sure what the substance is supposed to be that replaced the hamburger patty but it was not very tasty. Also take a look at the onion ring as well, it was one of the better ones in the bunch!

I’ve eaten at White Castle a bunch of times. You have to eat the burgers right away because they get cold fast. Its a good place to eat, it’s not the best.

Nice Castle. Plenty of outlets for computers as well as free wi-fi. Typically clean and nice people as well.

The food is White Castle. It is what it is. Sometimes I crave it. This location is terrible. The service is slow, and they’ve forgotten items the last two times I went there. At this point, I have to unpack each bag and verify each item is there… sometimes hard to do with the way they stack the slider cases in the bag. I finally decided to call as I’ve gotten annoyed with the lack of providing me all the items I paid for, and they do not even pick up the phone. If you crave White Castle, find a better location than this one.

Standard White Castle experience. The food was fresh, which is always a plus. The service just a little bit slow and they didn’t speak very good english or couldn’t hear me well over the speaker.

«Belly Bombs», «Whities»,“Krystal Burgs”, «Square Sliders», «Rats with Hats», «Onion Rolls», «Gut Grenades», «Sweat Pads», «McSnacks», «McMidgets»… so many names, and yet they have an incredibly huge cult following. There’s such a love/hate relationship over these little square beauties, with the finely chopped onions and buttered buns. What I love about White Castle critics, there is no grey area, you either love them or hate them. And it’s not necessarily the taste, its the aftermath which comes from devouring fist-sized frozen square meat patties(with five steam holes) cooked(never flipped) over dehydrated onions. There are just as many names for the sounds, faces, pains and clean-ups associated with digesting these dwarfed dumplings,(Sorry, you’ll have to google those names). In fact there are so many names, you’d think those suffering from lactose intolerance and gluten allergies are just mere babes in the preverbal flatus woods…

A quick stop after a concert at the nearby Allstate Arena hit the spot. Late night… beers… loud music and sliders. Brought back some fond memories of my youth.(The next day might prove regretful though) Cheers!

I went through the drive thru and the girl who took the order seemed a little preoccupied.(Laughing while repeating the order.) Then when I pulled up she showed no interest to her customer. Not even a hi how are you, just laughing with other coworkers. Which led me to not receive my drinks. And on top of that, I had to wait to get my change. That’s when she decided to talk to me. I got my change and went to the next window. Which is where I got the drinks.

OK this is the place for those with a stop over in Chicago. It’s close to O’hare and brand spanking new. The old one on River road in Des Plaines is closed. This new one is very nice as Castles go. The sliders tasted fresher and much less greasy then ones I’ve had at other stores. When you have the crave nothing else can replace sliders from the mothership not the grocery freezer.

What’s all the rave? It’s not that great. I can’t say it was even good. I’d compare the stands to McDonalds but in slider burger form. The fries got cold fast and then tasted nasty. The burgers were just like McDonalds. Not that good! I guess if you want a quick meal for cheap, then White Castle is where you should go. Or if you want to 20 piece slider meal for the Super Bowl, then sure. The place was dirty and the staff worked so slow. Not a fan at all.
