UPDATE — On September 29, 2014, I received a full refund for my purchase and on October 9, 2014 (I was in Washington DC until 10÷8÷14) I received 2 dozen roses — which were beautiful, delivered personally by the owner, Benjamin.
I do have to say that unlike some business owners who don’t seem to care about customers — I do give Benjamin a lot of credit for going above and beyond to correct my bad experience. I will give Grad Flowers another chance the next time I’m in need of flowers.

My sister recently graduated with her bachelors from a major university in the downtown Chicago area. Grad flowers was at the graduation selling flowers. They had so many different options. As I had came straight from work, I totally forgot to get something for her! Before I got my seat, I was able to get a dozen white roses (her favorite of course) with a cute grad dog to go with it.
Thanks so much for saving butt and having so much to choose from!

They were extremely kind and helpful in finding that perfect bouquet for my daughter’s graduation. They had a large assortment of beautiful and super fresh flowers. I will definitely be going back. They specialize in special events which is awesome, because my wife and I own a dance studio and we will definitely use their free floral service for the parents and guests of our recital! Great Experience!
