Someone came for a quote about a month ago. He measured and ask me nothing about what I was looking for nor did he tell me anything about the windows. Just measured and told me I would get a quote in 1 – 2 weeks. A month later, I still never did get that quote. In the meantime I had 2 others come and they both game me quotes on the spot. It was a very basic job– 7 regular sized windows. One company even brought a sample window for me to see. That is professional!

Apex just left my house. They were excellent. I had one window that was filled with moisture. A window company quoted me 2,000.00 to replace. The window company told me about THIS company and they replace broken windows and fix moisture problems. Thank goodness the window company told me about Apex Windows. They did an incredible job, fixed all the window problems and for a fraction of the cost. The guys were beyond polite, clean, careful and professional.

The did the job very well. You hope for that from a contractor, and rarely seem to get it these days. But in addition to replacing the glass in almost 20 windows and fabricating new wood sills for three windows, they performed well in additional ways. I started considering them for my job in the fall of 2014. Procrastinated too long until it became too cold to do the job then. The sales guy was polite and not pushy throughout the process, answering all my questions until we finally scheduled the job at the end of April 2015. Further, the arrived when they said they would. The two young guys doing the work were polite and respectful, worked steadily through three days, cleaned up when they were done… and just were a pleasure to work with. They did everything they’d been contracted for, and even a little bit more. It really was a work engagement that exceeded what you expect from tradesman these days. Nicely done!

This company is as good as it gets for window related problems. Denis came out and took measurements, talked to us about all the options we have, once we picked an option he then quickly gave us a quote. The quoted price was much lower than most other companies, and we called a few. The installers were very friendly, punctual, and did a marvelous job. These guys are excellent at what they do, honest, friendly, as if it’s a family owned business, doing top quality work.

These guys were pretty awesome! I thought that i had a bunch of bad/​broken windows, but it turned out that I only had foggy windows. These people came out to do a free estimate and told me that I don’t have to replace any of them! Since they were able to do the defogging procedure, it ended up saving me a ton of money. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

Hello everyone, I am Kate and I hired Apex to replace 9 of my windows with a broken seal. Apex sent me a crew to take the measurement of the glass, once they took all the measurements they advised me, the factory takes 3 – 5 business days to manufacture the glass, and someone from the office will be contacting me to schedule an installation date. The following day I received a phone call, guess who?
Apex scheduled an install date and time convenient for me. On the day of install, I received a call from the crew that later arrived to my house, just to notify me that they are on the way. I had a lot of different companies perform work on my residence for various things, good and bad, judging from an overall stand point, by far the Apex has concurred all, communication is excellent, punctuality, awesome, work preformed, awesome, price is cheaper than most and the quality of work is perfect for the buck. I called Apex office because I had to leave the house for an hour or so while the work was in progress, they told me I am safe to too do so if I choose, they are bonded and insured and have an excellence reward from BBB for the past 4 years, or we can simply reschedule. This is a company of honest hard working people that have earned a name for themselves. A+

The whole project went really well! I received an estimate from Apex on a Wednesday, and the crew came out to start the work three days later, on a Saturday, which was very convenient for us, since neither me or my husband had to take a day off work. I was a little apprehensive at first– the guys that showed up seemed very young, and I didn’t expect them to have much experience. Well, they proved me wrong! I was very happy with the service: the frames were fixed within the promised timeframe, and our windows now look brand-​new again. The guys cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. They were extremely professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I am very pleased with the service. I keep recommending Apex to friends and family.

They replaced glass of one of our basement windows for only $ 100. The guys that came were professional and knew what they were doing. I’m giving 4 stars only because the glass was measured a little shorter than it should have been but still ok. Will definitely call them again if there is a job they can do for us.
