Fire in the Hole

They recently had to renovate the Stone oven that travels with this food truck and heats up to a 1000 degrees to give their pizza an incredible taste and it cooks in 90 seconds but tastes as if it has cooked for hours!!! Extremely great flavor and they use only quality ingredients!
I had to admit I was a bit skeptical at first — I found this amazing food truck initially at great craft beer Atlantic Ale House -
You can find all styles of pizza all cooked in 90 seconds fresh for you! From the Classic to white, BBQ, vegetarian to Hawaiian and green apple. Of course you can make your own from a list of fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Every Time I have experienced their pizza it was your choice for $ 10. That is extremely reasonably considering all the care these pizzas are make with. They go perfect with craft beer which is a personal favorite. Once the pizzas start coming out everyone lines up. who can resist a great pizza that is perfectly cooked!
Let me warn those pizza purists — this is a thin crust due to the way it is baked and that is the only choice. so if you don’t like thin crust get over it and try this — I think you will love it and the unique nature of this food truck. I can’t say enough good things about them. they support Spay and Neuter events and are really giving people. we can’t get enough of these type of food trucks and people that run them!
