My first time at this store, my wife’s phone is messed up and we came to activate another cell but their system seems to be down. Smh I’m giving them time before I go back to see if their system is back up.

Dont go to this store employees are not very helpful and they seem to have a problem helping figure out what best works for you.

Ive been a t-mobile customer since it was Voicestream(about 10 years). When I went to this particular store(t-mobile in Jersey Gardens). I ask about upgrading(technically purchasing since t-mobile doesn’t make you sign contracts anymore) my phone to the Galaxy S4. The first guy asks me about signing up for the Jump! program, i decline and says that he can’t sell me the phone but another associate can(he points me in the direction of another gentleman). Associate #2 looks at my account and sees that I have the 500mb data plan. He then says he cannot sell me the phone because the district manager won’t let his associates sell premium phones unless they get a higher tier data plan. I was a bit surprised that they would have this policy, It would be akin to ordering a ham sandwich, and the deli person would say that lettuce, tomato and onion would be $ 1 more. When you would decline the lettuce, tomato and onion, THEYWOULDREFUSETOSELLYOUTHESANDWICH! So i call 611, T-Mobile’s customer support center, and they said that they do not have this policy and that the sales people were probably trying to get commission off me. Just a warning to anybody who visits this store, the heavyset/muscular associate(trimmed beard, eyebrows done, «pretty boy») and the light skinned heavyset/NOT-muscular/plain looking sales associates are DISHONEST/LIARS who are just trying to make commission off you. I did not catch their names so I had to rely on descriptions.

Very friendly and well informed customer service reps. Even though the store was fully packed they were great.
