Mikey’s Famous Pizzeria

I was hungry with a 2 other friends. Ordered the 24″ huge pie. It was disappointing. I’ve have better pizza at $ 1 spots and chicken shacks. I don’t see myself ever saying «I want to go back «the service was nice and pretty friendly. The pizza… Not so much
The pizza used to so much better with previous owners. It used to be my go-​to.

The pizza is okay, not the worst I had but not the best either. Biggest problem is pricing. I ordered 4 slices with green peppers and sausage, and they charged me 17 dollars. A large pie with those same toppings would have cost 14 dollars. I asked why is it more, and she said because the toppings are two bucks each so that why it was 8 bucks more. Smh doesn’t make sense right.

Just ordered a «large» pie. It was a lot more like a medium. The pizza arrived, I opened the box and I saw that the cheese had a red and black color on it which was a sign that the cheese was burned. And it was! I took a bite of the pizza and the cheese was more of a crust instead melted and gooey. I took the cheese off of a slice and noticed that there was literally no sauce on the pizza. The breeding was literally pale white. It also had a very sweet taste to it which I can’t explain. Pizza isn’t supposed to be as sweet as this was, especially with no sauce. Needless to say I won’t be ordering from this place again and suggest anyone else, not too. I don’t understand why it’s called Mikey’s Famous Pizza other than the bad quality, there’s nothing famous about this place. UPDATE: About 20 minutes later my stomach is starting to hurt.

Its a friday night! We’re relaxing at home with the family and decided to order some pizza. We weren’t in the mood for Papa John’s tonight we wanted Pizza PIZZA! – long story short, we wouldve been better off ordering from Papa John’s! The pizza arrived, everyone was excited and grabbed their slice. 3 people took a bite and something just didnt smell right at first. One of us ate halfway through and started throwing up. The pizza we received was definitely spoiled! I called the pizzeria and was immediately handed to the manager. After explaining to him what happened he apologized and said he’d send another pizza right away. I politely declined and told him I’d rather have my money back instead because I didn’t want to chance it. He changed his attitude right away and said «Well, how many slices are left?!» And proceeded to tell us NOT to touch the pizza anymore as if he planned on selling those later.(hmm?) and he’d send someone with the money. That was 20 mins ago… I’m still waiting for my money! Also, I’m still hungry. this is bullshit.

Good pizza and on-​line ordering/​delivery is awesome. I am a fan!

I found less then positive reviews for good ol mickeys here and I was surprised. Then I realized these reviews were for customer service and reviews on their pizza. Both of which I never experienced. I have ordered from mickeys probably a dozen times. All of which through an App such as Eat24 … And we’ve order everything on the menu other then pizza (weird I know). But mickeys is awesome. Everything we have ordered has been delicious and generous portions. *knock on wood* but they haven’t messed up an order yet! Maybe because it’s done through the app and you can’t really mess that up. Sometimes they take a while to deliver. That is my only complaint. Matter fact I ordered from them tonight! Lol great food give them a try. Best things on the menu in my option: Chicken Alfredo pasta, beef patties, mozzarella sticks, focaccia sandwiches, Stromboli, buffalo wings.

We’ve tried Mickeys about 5 times since late August, I just noticed the reviews, I do not know about prior to August but we have had NO complains with any of our orders, from Pizza to Heroes to sides, every single item was perfect.

I came here for dinner since it was a quick meal at a local pizza joint. I’ve ordered from here before and I wasn’t disappointed.
The first time I ordered to go, I ordered a salad with lettuce, tomato, peppers, mozzarella, ham, and salami. It was delicious but any salad tailored to your liking can be delicious.
The second time I ordered I stayed at the restaurant. They have a nice section in the back that you seat yourself. The place is also BYOB which is a plus. I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap on whole wheat. It was delicious! However, it does not have a substantial amount of chicken so it might not fill up everyone. So I recommend with whatever you order you ask about the substance of the amount of food.
Overall, it is a great place for a quick meal.

Famous for what? BAD SERVICE, TERRIBLE FOOD? Do not order here not only do they NOT believe in customer service, mostly everything tastes like a cardboard box. Had the wrong order delivered and had to wait an additional hour and 10 minutes for the correct order to come, then they had the nerve to demand the old order back and insisted we ordered incorrectly when it was their mistake. Find another pizza place.

They have a lot of options on the menu which is plus I guess, none of it which is very good though. The pizza is the worst thing you could order from here. Much better places like Santillo’s and Michelinos.

UPDATE: Saw what everyone was talking about with the customer service. One lady is nice but that’s about it. I stopped ordering from there. It’s a shame. The food is good but they really need to get some people with better attitudes.
This review used to be 5 — stars but I can’t, in good conscience, leave it that way anymore. Whoever owns the place: get it together before these people cost you your business.

Ordered dinner. Sub par, plus the Onion rings were burnt and soggy. Inedible. Called and asked for a refund. Was told this time they would but no other refunds in the future for clients. Translation: they can send whatever they want and you’re stuck with it. Will not order again

Pizza is tasty. It is flimsy but that does not bother me. I heat it until crispy before i eat. Fried chicken was excellent. To top it off, the hot sauce packet was the first i have seen that did not contain a chemical compound. I am very impressed.

It’s a fairly average thin slice here. Sauce is a little bland and the crust is thin to the point of flimsiness. This place is run by a family (I believe eastern European). They are actually quite friendly. Prices are decent.

Good
