This place is awesome.
The staff is friendly and they even donated some treats for a Christmas party — and by some treats I mean like 80 cupcakes. #blessed
I’ve also tried their chicken sandwich, which is quite flavorful for the simple ingredients it contains. It is a bit messy, but it’s a filling sandwich at only $ 6. The pastries as enjoyable too. My favorite would be the fruit tart.
They have a $ 10 min on credit cards though, so the first time I went I unnecessarily bought a bunch of desserts and left feeling like a fatass. Don’t worry, I didn’t eat all of them (in one sitting).

I absolutely love this place. I have an espresso from there every single day it’s so good! The deserts are delicious and the service is amazing. They also serve yummy Dominican food at lunch time. They really get to genuinely know their customers, love them!!!

Ordered a cake here for a family event I usually order my cakes at bakery in Jersey City but I was short in time and wouldn’t be able to drive all the way to Hudson Country and then to Union County in a matter of an hour so I decided to order the cake closer to my family’s event… Opened up Unilocal in search of dominican cake and this bakery came up.
It’s a tad pricier than the bakery I frequent in Jersey City but everyone loved the cake so that’s what matters.
I ordered the cake with pineapple and Dulce de leche and it was delicious

Tasty treats! Cakes, cannoli, flan, fruit tarts and so much more. Its a small place with great service. Family owned. Friendly café. Good eats too. Their menu (Spanish food) changes daily ex. rice and stewed chicken. Nice spot for a quick bite to eat. They have breads, croissants, and a juice bar. fresh squeezed carrot orange is my favorite!
