E-Z Way Parking

This place is a nightmare, ZERO stars, the staff is very rude and not helpful. It feels like you entered a prison as soon as you get there. The lady at the counter hates her job and her life. Not helpful at all. Upon my return they misplaced my car and didn’t know where it was parked. The bus driver had to drive me to their other lot to go look for it. Then I had to drive my own car back to the main lot following the crazy bus driver who seemed to be trying hard to lose me. He should have realized that I was following him to get back to the main lot to pick up my wife and luggage. I also noticed damage to my bumper, it was an old used car so I just ignored it because I wanted to get the hell out of there. Never bring a new car to these people. You been warned!

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Avoid them at all cost! Upon my arrival on 1÷1÷16 @ 8pm from a 4 day trip with my family the cashier refused to give me the keys to my vehicle because I did not have a printout confirmation (I had the ticket that was given when my car was dropped off). Once I explained to him that my reservation was booked via my mobile phone and a printout wasn’t possible, he told me that I would have to walk over to the Crown Hotel to ask the front desk receptionist to print provide a hard copy. I refused and asked him to either call over or provide a ride to the hotel so that I could get a printout, he refused and replied «you just won’t get your car until I have a printout». After minutes of arguing with this guy back and forth in front of other customers, I told him to charge me whatever he wants and to release my keys. My wife totally pissed off walks over to hotel without my knowledge, comes back with a printed out copy and was told by Crown Hotel that: A) This guy is known to have a power trip and he wrongfully does this to «certain» people. I guess my complexion fits his «certain» description! B) They are a hotel and they are not even affiliated with this parking company. Upon my wife’s arrival with the hard copy we found that he over charged me and then acted as if he didn’t know how to void his original transaction. I asked for his name, he refused. I asked for his direct supervisor or cooperate manager and he refused to give me their info as well. Not to mention, once finally getting into my vehicle my low tire lights were on. I will NEVER park at this place again, nor will I stop until they right their wrong! Their customer service is horrible.

Pros: close to airport. Fast, reliable shuttle service. Did not have to wait heading to or from the airport. Price is pretty good through Groupon.
Cons: Speaking of Groupon. You HAVE to print out your Groupon. Really? I had it printed but lost it in my bag or possibly threw it out. No matter, I had to walk to the hotel nearby and pay $.75 to print it out again. It is 2015, right? Also, inside my car, the heat was up to its highest level, it smelled like a mechanic shop, and there was a used coffee cup left in the cup holder that was not mine. It seems like someone was hanging out in there for quite some time. Not cool.
I will definitely be checking out E-​Z Way’s competition before returning to them.

Used Groupon. Upon returning to the lot, I was asked for a ticket number. Gave all the possible numbers I could find, none of them were the correct one. Later they realized it’s because they never gave me such a number. Supposedly when I was dropping my car off, I should’ve stopped by their office (trailer) and dropped off my keys. Groupon didn’t say this at all. And I called a lady the day before to get explicit directions just in case something like this would happen.
Anyway, they used the Groupon deal but said that if this happens again I’d be charge in full. Well, it won’t happen again ;D They don’t have their act together, next.

Waited 25 minutes to be picked-​up; woman who answers the phone hung up on me twice; was verbally abused by this same woman and physically threatened by another employee who forced me to leave the office. My wife was traumatized by the whole experience. As another customer who witnessed this said «you don’t know who you are dealing with» as she also thought the employee who threatened was a bit over the top with his behavior. I probably should have called the police on these folks.

TERRIBLE! First off they are very hard to find. There are not any signs indicating their location. They jack up the prices on your return. Overall the worst is their customer service, they are extremely rude.
Will NEVER return here.

E-​Z Way advertises low discounted rates and then tries to jack the price when you go to pickup. The office is plastered with signs, one of which is «You need a print out of your online reservation», if you miss that one they charge you double.
Generally they seem annoyed that you are there using their service. I agree with other reviewers that they are relatively rude.

Most ridiculous parking lot ever with rude attendants. The guy used curse words on the phone when I told him I came back sooner than expected. Turns out he was the manager of the place. The shuttle service is prompt but I can pay the same price elsewhere without having to deal with obnoxious people. Customer service at a whole new level.

After months since reporting no call or email response since my issues with them. They just give u the run around of filling out paperwork online n waiting.
Had some time to kill one afternoon so I followed up with my claim and given name of guy (that probably don’t exist) who was her (joy) boss.
I asked for their physical address, but wouldn’t disclose and just kept redirecting me with bs.
They have no intention of making good on damages or that of property. They just give people the run around until we give up or open up under a new elsewhere or say under new management.
Plain and simply, these people are the worst of people (I mean animal). They should be put out of misery like the rats they are.

I have been parking at EZ-​Way parking for years. Using them 2 — 3 times a year and I have never had a serious issue. I am amazed at the amount of negative reviews here.
I would suggest adding 20 extra minutes before the time you want to be at the airport for parking and shuttling.

Car has never had damage and never driven more than a mile or so while I was away. (Luxury vehicles have been left)

The desk employees are fairly rude — this has been the case since I started using them back in ‘08
The «must have receipt printout» nonsense — I am very aware of this and they will DOUBLE your price if you lose your receipt before you go to pick up the car. With smart phones — this is ridiculous, but it is their policy and it is posted on both the receipt and on the desk when you drop off the car.
I have never had anything stolen from my car, but they do always mess with the radio. It baffles me why they can’t drive the car a few thousand feet without putting the rap station on.
Van drivers are nice and helpful — but some of them are very difficult to understand and drive a little fast for my comfort.

Wait for shuttle is ridiculous. I will never park here again to save a few dollars. I followed the pick up instructions called a bit earlier and still got screwed waiting. I don’t understand how it can take so long given their proximity to the airport! Wait time was 25 minutes!

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS BUSINESS!!!
My vehicle was left for 10 days, it was unnecessarily driven, and personal items were stolen from closed compartments in my vehicle.
I don’t need to explain anymore, just read the other reviews.
