Ralph’s Upholstery

So I took my truck to this place because after moving to austin my pickup was broken into and the thieves cut my king ranch leather and took my stereo stuff. Took it too Ralph’s because I heard good things and it was close to work. I get my truck back and guess what happened? It was broke into again, and turns out it was by one of his employees. He emptied my toolbox with all my tools, takes a pair of shoes from inside my truck, steals my tire wrench and the car jack for the truck. Oh and the best one of all he swaps my Optima Red Top 6pack battery ($ 200) for some super old wore out car battery. Some real crackhead s***!!! So I confront him about it, he agrees to pay me $ 400 cash for the mishap. That sounds great! Well week by week, month by months, he never has enough money to pay me. «times are tough» is what he tells me. He did end up giving me 100 by the time everything was said and done. Don’t take your business here. Place is shady as F***. And dude doesn’t do right. I’m sure his father who started the business would be real proud.
