Ola la Ijorere

Oh La La! That’s all I can say:-) What a great time we had yesterday. I am part of a local ladies group that gets together once a month just for the fun of it. This month we decided to try a paint party and ended up in Ola’s event space. We had a blast! The artist was super nice and had fun helping us through the process. Ola, the owner, somehow picked the most awesome back ground music for our group so that half way into it we did not know, if she should paint, drink, sing or start dancing. All around it just felt good to be there! We had lots of laughs, Ola was much engaged and super nice and we also adored her space. Booking this event was super easy, Ola offered many date and paint options and I cannot wait to be back. Thank you Ola!

This past weekend we hosted a bridal shower at Ola La Ijorere and it was such a great experience! The staff was easy to work with. The space is absolutely beautiful. Everything was so easy and so relaxed. I hope to find another reason to use this space again! Thank you!

We have used Ola La Ijorere for events that our church is hosting and we cannot say enough about the location, the beautiful venue and the professional staff. The place is intimate, but large enough to accommodate a small crowd. They have several vendors for food options and they do a wonderful job decorating.

I had a lot of fun this past week at one of their painting socials. The overall concept is great and I appreciated the painting that we did that day. The live music provided a great atmosphere and the BYOB was also a bonus. The location is easy to find and the owner was there the entire time with us. We had someone replenishing paint and bringing us napkins as needed and they had cupcakes from a nearby bakery for sale which where some of the best I have had.
Overall it was an enjoyable experience. Just a few things that kept me from giving it five stars. The painting area was a little too cramped. I was elbow to elbow with the people on either side of me, which made it a little hard to move around and paint. The actual brushes we used seemed to be a little worn, so they didn’t paint as well. Maybe omitting one or two chairs from the tables to provide extra painting room would make it a little more comfortable? Just a suggestion, otherwise I would definitely recommend attending one of their painting socials.

Went here last Friday with 2 friends and my daughter! Place is very cute ! Staff is friendly. Painting is very well instructed. Love this place very fun and great night out with the girls ! Highly recommend! It is byob so we had wine & snacks with us to make it a complete night
