Kustom Heating & Cooling

I had Kustom Heating come out to perform maintenance on my house furnace as well as my garage yesterday. Todd from Kustom Heating was on time. He performed all of the maintenance in 1.5 hours and showed me what he had done. He cleaned up after himself which included vacuuming the immediate area around the furnaces!!! He had the presence of mind to check a furnace exhaust PVC pipe they had sealed a leak on 3 years ago!!! This type of attention to detail is just not the norm for any service company! I have purchased a water heater, garage heater, humidifier and the most sophisticated dual control thermostat that really works. This company is committed to a satisfying their customers!!! I have to say I had 4Seasons for 5 years doing my furnace and ac tune ups and they were not committed to anything but collecting their service call fees. The last time 4 Seasons came out, their furnace tuneup took 20 minutes that was performed by a technician just out of school that left the cover off the furnace as well as leaving some of his tools at my house!!! Kustom Heating is so far ahead of the competition it is too bad I have not used them since moving into this home 19 years ago! In closing, I have no business or personal relationship with Kustom Heating, I am just a very satisfied customer!

These guys were amazing. I needed them twice within the same week, and both times they fit me in right away. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful and I felt like they went above and beyond — especially when explaining things to me. I’d definitely recommend them!
