My favorite taco truck in LA. It’s the best place to go after a Saturday night at la Granada in Alhambra… Their tacos al pastor are on-point!

Hands down the best taco truck in town! Been coming here for years. Tacos are only $ 1.25 each– no tax and the meat is perfect and not all full of fat. Street parking can be hard to find but after hours a lot of people use the library parking lot.

Yes we once loved this place, taco Friday was our dinner for many years, until a Long ass hair was found on all of our tacos, Disgusting was what my niece said. My mother gagged and made her throw up. How disgusting people can be. Keep eating here people. Now we make our own tacos at home… Peace and Love

This Truck has Been Here For A Good 20+ Years. Always My Go To Taco Truck. There Have Been Others That Park On Huntington Dr. But This One Has Always Been Better. Love Their Green Chile. Their Burritos Are A Good Size. I’ve Had Bigger. But Im Never Dissapointed Taste Wise. The Area Is A Little Scary. Just Gotta Get Here A Little Befor It Gets Too Dark. Over All. The Truck Looks To Be Very Clean And Very Fast Service.

I was avoiding the freeway today and wanted a burrito. I wanted to try something new. I saw this place and I said ok, fine, I’ll give it a go. All Meat Asada burrito with cilantro onions and peppers. AMAZING The red sauce was hot and awesome and the green was very bold and flavorful. Great juicy meat, huge portion. The tv outside made you feel like you were at home.

The asada was to die for. One thing to note is that their sauce put on the tacos is pretty spicy, I thought I could handle it, but I was clamoring to get it off while eating. Another thing thats pretty cool is that they have a TV facing out to watch while waiting for food.

Simply the best tacos you’ll ever eat. The best! Get the asada and the cabeza with everything. It’s fast and cheap. I’ll drive over an hour to get their tacos even though there are some really good tacos walking distance from me(really good, not the best). So screw the environment, I’m driving out! To lessen my carbon footprint I’ll call around and take everyones orders. Or we’ll just stop there on the way home from snowboarding. The owner died this year, he will be missed. I felt guilty for briefly wondering if the tacos would be affected. They are the same!

No better tacos. I always have two lengua tacos with onions, cilantro and hot salsa verde while I wait for my son’s 8 carne asada tacos.(Hey, he’s 15 and 6′ 2″) Really, the best tacos ever.

When I first moved here I came here two or three times. I ordered the carne asada burrito. Should have just called it rice and bean burrito with the nonexistent asada. To make matters worse, this is all after I been tipping the guy on the regs. I think the third and final time, after already tipping him twice, I finally gave up on this truck. Three strikes and you’re out! Burrito was mad skimped on the meat like the past times and the carne tasted like ground beef. Idk definitely not carne asada. or some really LOW quality carne. Took my money to the other truck down the street and they now satisfy my Mexican food cravings :-P

It’s ok. The salsa varies day to day. Sometimes it’s really spicy, sometimes it’s not. I like the al pastor. It’s wet and cooked on the flat top but it’s got a lot of flavor. It’s not sweet like most places which I do not like. Carne asada looks like ground meat. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s bad. Cabeza was nice and soft but a bit stinky. Tripas was soft but stinky as well. Not my favorite place but if you’re in the area it’s worth trying. They have a flatscreen tv on the side of the truck which is lolz. It’s a nice walkable area so if anything you can walk a block south to El Aguila Bakery and get delicious tamales.

Their tacos are amazing. I used to get tripas tacos, but have gone back to my roots — the asada taco. They offer burrito and quesadilla as well, but why would you do that to your self? Their red salsa is spicy and flavorful and truly worth the hurt. I like to get both salsas on my tacos. Tacos are simply the perfect food, especially at this truck.

This is my favorite taco truck around, food is good and they have very quick service. $ 1.25 for tacos and $ 5.00 for burritos not bad and there al pastor is the best.

The best $ 5.00 asada burritos I have ever had! I’ve been coming here since high school and still haven’t found any place that even comes close. Oh! And just make sure your close to a restroom might needed if you know what i’m saying.

This place ruined all other tacos for me! I will never eat any other taco from any other place because it will not live up to the name of the tacos given here. I wish I could eat here everyday because I would. My first impression of this place is that it is family owned. The older man taking orders is so nice, and great with kids. He constantly gives us free food which is a plus. However, it seems like they’re not using the best choice of beef for their tacos because I am constantly getting these chewy little pieces of fat. I still come back here for the flavor of the sauce though. I horde this hot sauce like a squirrel in the winter. The sauce is what makes the taco complete.

You know how they say«all you need is one bad experience»? That’s exactly what happened. This used to be my GOTO place for tacos when hunger strikes at night. The prices are pretty good. Service is quick and friendly. But they aren’t very big on sanitary. And they are not very good about getting orders correct. Just ordered a lengua burrito, I got carnitas instead. And after eating the burrito, had some stomach discomfort immediately. But I had it coming tho. The guy was making the food with his bare hand and handling the money with the same hands. There was no 2nd guy tonight. There’s another truck down the street, think Im going to give some extra business to that nice lady.

Pretty damn delicious. Drive down late night and you’ll find that El Ranchito is the ONLY truck in the area with any customers. And for good reason. I’ve tried a few others up and down the stretch, and this is the only one that actually tastes good. Portions are fair, the workers are friendly, and their salsa doesn’t suck. You might run into the occasional drunk idiot who wants to cause a scene outside, but it’s worth it. Just carry a big stick. Sometimes there’s a practically-worthless-looking security guard standing around, for what it’s worth. Also, the really drunk-looking(or actually-drunk) guy always stumbling around outside is actually a worker. He never talks, but he wipes down the counter regularly and sometimes drunkenly waves at you if you aren’t paying attention when your food is ready.

This is the best place to eat in my neighborhood. Hands down. Doesn’t matter if you’re not«feeling» tacos, you will once you bite into their amazing tacos. It is so cheap, 1.25 for a taco and 4.50 for a huge fatty delicious burrito. They don’t skimp on portions here and the meat is so flavorful. My favorite is the lengua. Seriously the best lengua you will experience in your life. This isn’t one of those«it’s only amazing when you’re drunk» taco trucks. I come here a lot when I“m just strolling by with my dog and want something quick and delicious. There are always people at this place, which you know means its good. The people who work there are super friendly, always joking, and will remember your order if you frequent there enough. And their pickled jalapenoes… omfg. OMFG. I can’t even. The tears thinking of their deliciousness. My favorite experience here was a drunken night and 3 am visit. We were the last served and the place was packed with locals slightly inebriated. The community loves this place and everyone is super friendly. No cons at this place. Only Pros.
