I’ve used TMC at 3 previous jobs over the last 15 years: two installs and one simply for support. After all these years, I continue to see the same level of excellent support, training, project management and budget consciousness. Many of the same people remain employed at TMC (another good sign of a well managed organization.) Aside from excellent support, their team is upfront about their expectations of the client. They won’t be your lowest bid but they will deliver. I continue to be impressed.
I am now working with TMC on my 3rd install (4th different job) and see no reason to believe that I will have anything other than an excellent experience.
