Parking here is such a pain, and that was before In N Out opened in the same strip mall area. I’ve only been to this Subway a couple of times and both times they have made(honest) mistakes. The first time, they charged me for a combo meal instead of a footlong snadwich. The second time, they rang me up for a completely different sandwich(tuna instead of roasted chicken). Again, honest mistakes but I try to steer away from this location just do to the congested parking lot.

My sister and i decided to try out this subway location, not our usual around the area but we were there so we went in. As soon as we came in we were greeted by this older Indian man, at first he seemed pretty nice my sister was cold so he asked one of the employees to turn the fans off. After that things started getting weird and uncomfortable! He kept staring at my sister as he was prepping my sandwich and when he would ask what i wanted he was blunt about it and stared back with this creepy stare. i asked for ranch on my sandwich and he barely squirt any on there and i asked for him to add some more and he went HAM on that he put way too much in it i even said it under my breath but at that point he was too weird for me to request to remove excess ranch i just wanted to be outta there! i went to pay and he didnt even offer a drink(not that i was gonna get one but usually they should offer) while i was paying he stared at my sister all weird still. My sister paid with a different employee but yeah weird old man. Food was okay. but i wouldnt go back i didnt get a good vibe from the guy!. and idk about you guys but even when you get bad vibes at a place, the food doesnt taste as great!

The older guy(middle eastern looking ???) makes crappy sandwiches clumps everything together in the middle and gets rude when you want to add things to your sandwich or if you ask to spread out.

Horrible service at Subway in 630 N Sepulveda Blvd #2b El Segundo, CA(310) 322‑1250. I ordered a kids tuna melt and they first forgot the tuna then smashed it and wrapped it like is about to be trashed. When I went to complaint the Mananger names Mario said: «well that is a kids meal» so that means my kid gets to eat bread and lettuce? I was so mad i thru it away in front their face and he said sorry but I am the manager. wow it did get me angry. I will never go there for sure!

The production line is really efficient so the lunch crowd moves pretty quick.

In the past I did not like Subway, but they have improved a lot over these past few years. The $ 2 deals are a great bargain.

This is a great Subway location. In the heart of El Segundo, it gets hit pretty hard during the lunchtime rush with all the neighboring offices. They are fast, friendly, and efficient, and know how to move a line. Even if there are 20 people in line, you’ll be out in 5 minutes — tops.

It’s ok, they’re pretty fast, food seems fresh, but sometimes I feel like I’m taking a risk let’s be honest some of these people behind the counter look like they have health issues. The biggest concern here is finding a place to eat, no tables, you have to walk and eat. Or you can walk a block towards LAX, and there’s a park in the back in true California fashion, meaning, a set of picnic tables directly underneath power line towers, so when you’re finished your meal the magnetic pulses from the wires are giving you cancer. Only in California would they put a park here. And they have a kids’s park, so hey bring your kids! Been a challenge to walk around work for lunch and find a place not too expensive to eat. You got Ralphs(good luck unless it’s premade), El Polo Loco, Subway, Carl’s Jr, and 7/11, rest of the places are at least $ 10 or more for lunch.

A typical subway, but there’s nowhere to sit down and eat. Staff were friendly and quick. I also noticed that they’re fairly generous as Subways go with the sandwich fillings

Dunno why there’s so many bad reviews… just came to grab a sub on my way home and thought I’d leave a review because I I actually got a perfect sandwich. It was really good, just the way I like it but apparantly this store has some bad rep… I had a perfectly fine visit though. The staff was nice and the place was clean and I got parking right in front. I’ll be coming here more often.

The guy running the place just doesn’t care about the quality of the service he is providing. He, personally, has made me a few sandwiches and they’re always drowning in condiments(after I ask for«just a bit of mayo»). If you ask for pickles, you just get a pile of them in the middle of the sandwich, and they’re sitting in a pool of vinegar since he doesn’t shake them off or anything. It’s insulting. I don’t give him my money any more.

We have always enjoyed the sandwiches at all Subways, however, the new crispy chicken sub falls short of Subway quality. The chicken is tasteless and does nothing for the sandwich. The Club sandwich is still our first choice. The chicken doesn’t have to be tasteless! Please work on the Chicken Sandwich.

2 ½ Stars(rounded up) Service was ok, Turkey sandwich was good, price was not too bad, and I didn’t get sick.

I do NOT like writing about chains but when I do, I have one rule: The place either has to rock my socks off with out-of-this-world customer service or really screw me over bad enough to want to write about it… and clearly, based off the one star I gave this Subway, they were successful at the latter. I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki(toasted) and when I got it back to work, something didn’t taste right. In fact, the chicken(even after being toasted) was cold? My co-worker who also ordered a sandwich said his didn’t taste right either and threw it away… I thought this was weird since it’s so close to work and they’re catering to all the industrial &LAX employees. Soooo, I asked some other co-workers if they had eaten at this Subway too. They said yes and they don’t go there because they too had strange tasting sandwiches when they went in and thought they might get sick. So the moral of this story is, based off the other one star reviews before me and now mine, you should probably find a different Subway to eat at.

Watch out for the dark ethnic dude with the hairy arms. His arms have more hair on them than my head. When reaching for my toppings the hair on his arms would brush against my sandwich. They need to have a law against hairy people making sandwiches by hand. It’s disgusting.

May 19th, 20099:00pm PST. An employee sneezed in his glove, shook his hand out as if acknowledging it was wet, and went back to making my sandwich. I will not even go into the rest of their horrible service, because«the sneeze» ended my relationship with Subway right then and there.
