Pacific Pitt Stop

After losing the Wheel Lock for my after market rims I couldn’t find a shop that was able to remove my wheels. I needed my rear breaks changed desperately and was completely out of options. Pacific Pitt Stop was extremely helpful from the moment I made the initial phone call to the time I drove off the lot. They were able to remove my rims, give me a new lock, and change my brakes in a few hours and all for a very competitive price. I will definitely be using Pacific Pitt Stop for all future service.

I dropped in to get a leaking tire fixed. It was late in the day and they had a number of cars they were already working on. After I pulled up, one of the techs immediately stopped what he was doing and asked me how he could help me. I told him the problem and I drove away with a fixed tire in 15 minutes. Awesome and courteous service !!! I will now consider buying my next set of tires there instead of waiting for hours at Costco.

Stopped in during my lunch hour without an appointment for a small nail in my tire. Only had a short wait before they could take a look at it and it turned out the nail didn’t go all the way through. Yay! They topped off my tires and sent me along with no charge. Nice group of guys, will definitely keep them in mind for future work!

Got to give them 5 stars for friendly service. I thought I had a puncture and went there without an appointment and was served quickly. They removed the wheel, checked for nails or other obvious causes of the loss of air pressure. Finding nothing, they dipped the wheel in a water trough and checked for air bubbles, also finding no fault. Very thorough and very reassuring, and very professional. Thank you. Best of all, no charge!

I had a leak in my tire and was avoiding the problem. I finally Unilocaled a tire place nearby and came across Pacific Pitt Stop. They patched up my tire for $ 15. No appointment needed and I was in and out in no time.
I would definitely recommend coming here to fix a flat, remove a nail or fix a leak in your tire!

Stopped by during my lunch break to fix my slow leak I had in my tire. They took care of me right away and I was literally out of there in 15 min. I definitely recommend this place.

Had a nail in my driver’s side rear tire. Drove up to this place based on Unilocal reviews, and without me even having to wait to check in or anything, someone immediately told me to park my car in the garage. They pulled the nail out, patched it up and within 20 minutes I was ready to go! Amazing customer service. Highly recommended!

Went in for a flat tire. In and out in 5 minutes. $ 15. Mentioned that I will need to change the tires soon, without being pushy at all.

My tire looked low and I noticed that I had picked up a nail, so I stopped into Pacific Pitt Stop today. They pulled the nail and told me it hadn’t broken through the tread so there was no charge (it was just a little low on air).
Why 5 stars? A dishonest shop would have told me they repaired it and charged me anyways. I would have never known the difference.

After some initial hick up’s with ordering tires, I felt that the service was great. The people here were very professional and helpful. I would definitely come back here again.

When I first arrived, they immediately were able to fix my flat. I was really stoked and excited.
But then, I read reviews about how much to fix a flat. Of course they didn’t know this. So the guy comes to me and tells me it will cost me $ 30 to fix it. After reading other prices I was completely shocked. Mind you, I have an Audi, so I’m assuming that this guy is thinking I’m gullible and will not say anything.
Of course I told him about Unilocal and he tells me that ‘oh its $ 30 because of your tire and hole size.’ I guess he thought I never have had a flat tire before. But then he says, ‘Oh you’re a new customer, I’ll give it to you for $ 20.’ Gee thanks.
So lesson learned, read the reviews and you should be paying no more than $ 20.
If the service wasn’t so fast, I would have given them less for trying to pull a fast one. The stars are for the turn around time.

Excellent service. Professional. Super helpful. They even dropped me off and picked me up when my car was ready (though that’s probably only because I work about 2 blocks away). Anyway, price was fair and I’m a happy customer. Highly recommend.

One of the best places in the area to get automotive service. I’ve always known that they offer tire service and sell tires here but in addition they also offer oil changes! The gentleman here are very friendly, precise in their work, and do not try to upsell you on things or services. I was able to get an alignment and a synthetic oil change in under an hour! Spectacular job guys

I hate to give this place the 1^st 2 star rating, and I’m hoping it was a off day but I didn’t have the greatest experience here.
I dropped my car off around 10’ish am for a wheel alignment, the fella at the counter said it’d be done in an hour and they’d call me when they’re finished. So, I wander off to I Love Teriyaki for lunch and a hour passes and no call 1.5 hours pass no call, so, I call them around noon or so and goes to ring no answer, I call them again like 20 minutes later and still no answer, then I call a 3^rd time and they pick up and I ask is my car ready and they said «Yah.»
Ok, so, I walk over to the shop to get my car and a fella walks in says it’s $ 70 bucks… ok, cool, I pay and sign and he says bye. I sorta just stare at him and ask can you tell me how bad my alignment was (EVERY wheel alignment shop I’ve ever gone to always handed me a printout and explained why it’s off) the dood walks into the garage, comes back, gives me some printout and he mumbled something about it’s off by something — I could not understand what he said and he didn’t look like he was in the mood for chit chat so I was like F it and left. I take my car out for a drive and it still pulls to the gawd damn right… go figure.
I have NO problem paying for service, I just dropped $ 3500 last week at Hi Tek Transmission to rebuild my transmission and build an external cooler, replace mounts and such (Tony is the best — you have transmission problems go to Hi Tek located in El Segundo), but this place unfortunately left a sour taste in my mouth.
I think for future car needs I’ll stick to Joe’s or Hi Tek.
