A very very long story short. What Dr. Mark Corrnett does has preserved a way of life for me. Twice over the past 20 years I’ve done something to really mess up my back. The first time was a snowboarding accident and the second was surfing. The first time I had 3 herniated disks in my lower back and two in my neck. The second time was herniated disks in the back and sciatica. Both times every Dr. I saw for MRI’s wanted me in the hospital for surgery ASAP. Both times I was in extreme pain. The second time was much worse because of the sciatica. I could only sleep in 3 hour chunks because the handful of drugs I was downing would wear off.
Today my back is 100%. I’m still surfing, snowboarding, and golfing like nothing ever happened. No pain at ALL! To go from my wife moving my legs while I crawl across the floor to surfing the last overhead swell to hit El Porto is nothing short of a miracle. If you back is out, you have sciatica, you’ve got herniated disks and Dr’s want to open you up for a little scrape or fusing some bones run away and run to Dr. Cornett. He’s also a really great person. Oh… and backs are just one of the many things he can fix. –Steven

Mark Cornett makes sense; ‘Try me before you try surgery.’ And he fixed my repetitive stress injury that was getting worse and worse until I saw him. After about a dozen of his treatments it hasn’t bothered me for years. He’s the real thing. Also really helped my back.

Four months later, still pain free. This is after ten years of everyday, agonizing pain. Dr. Mark is changing my life. No joke. He is the real deal.

I forgot to mention in my first review that, in addition to Dr. Cornett completely fixing my back and saving me from surgery, since then, he has completely cured other less significant(as compared to my back injury), nagging sports-related injuries as well that included(shin splints, pulled hamstring, right rotator, strained achilles, tightness in forearm, sore knee and tight neck area. These problems definitely did not stop me from athletics, however, the injuries would slow me down. For example, I would pull my hamstring infrequently in a tennis game or running, I would strain my knee if I was not careful with it and if I ran too often, I would have shin splints. What I learned from Dr. Cornett is that, over the years, through being involved in sports and working out or having thraumatic things happen to the body(e.g., a car accident), the body builds scar tissue after the muscles are injured(for example, every time I would pull my hamstring, my hamstring would recover and become more tight through scar tissue). The scar tissue forces the joints and bones out of place(e.g., the spine) because the scar tissue tightens the muscles, makes them less limber and flexible and therefore creates the possibility for recurring pulled muscles(this is the reason why my hamstring would repeatedly pull). Anyway, through Dr. Cornett’s technique, called Precision Muscle Balancing, he worked out all of the scar tissue in my muscles(of the injured areas) and as an adult, I truly feel the absolute best that I have ever felt… I do my best and like to push my body hard, therefore, Dr. Cornett’s treatments have become very important to me as a weekend warrior athlete. Since Dr. Cornett fixed my back, I stopped going for months, but now I go once per month just to make sure that my muscles are limber, I stay free from injuries and I am able to operate in optimum condition. I highly recommend him, to anybody with pain and to athletes. He could significant help any professional athlete and could take them to new levels of performance.
