Nadia is a great Store manager and stylist.
She keeps me super stylish by helping me pick out classy chic clothing and accessories. She knows what works for my body type and will often pull items in advance upon my arrival to try on.
The personal service and thank you cards are a very nice touch to the BCBG experience… especially when you’re paying big bucks for clothing.

Never ever ever buy their shoes!!! They will literally tear up your feet after a single wear, and when I went in to ask if I could return them for store credit, showing the large cuts I had from their shoes on the side of my feet, pointing out where on the shoe made the cutting, they were incredibly rude and provided terrible customer service. I used to love bcbg but I will never return to this location.

Stopped by this location for a few since I needed a casual dress for an event. I found a couple pieces and the manager, who was very attentive and helpful, refused to give me a zip up garment bag. She said they were «only for gowns». Really? I’m spending almost $ 400 here on two pieces (one was a dress) and you can’t give me a 10 cent garment bag? Angie in the Marina Del Rey location is glad to pack my new purchase in garment bags, without asking. Screw the garment bag itself, it’s the principal of the matter. What you run a boutique shop in a gorgeous new shopping center, as this one is, do anything to please the customer! Never say «no» to something that costs close to nothing. Needless to say, won’t be returning.

Love & shop BCBG all the time, but for some reason this location must have something against helping non «Caucasian» clients. I come ready to spend, but their attitude and lack of customer service drove me right out of the store.
It happened to me more than once, and I’ve seen it happen to other clients too. Hello, it’s 2011. What difference does it make if I’m Asian, Black, or Green. A sale is a sale.
On the other hand, the BCBG in Marina Del Rey is amazing.

Have been to many of their stores and the staff at this store is by far the most friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable browsing the store and trying on dresses without being pressured by any of the sales associates. They have earned my business and will continue to!

I keep things pretty simple when it comes to fashion. My closet is stocked primarily with pieces from the Gap, Banana Republic, and Zara. I mix it up with stuff from Anthropologie, Theory, and Manadrin when I’m feeling wild. But I’m essentially pretty basic, not excessively trendy, and I make statements more with my love of stripes, polka dots, and purses. I’d like to think that most of the time I look current, but not too trendy, classic, but not too old. My mother, on the other hand, worships rhinestones and big hair (must be the Vegas realtor in her). I’m the calmer of the two.
But between my work pants and little Gap tops and cute Neighborhoodie tees and worn in VS sweats, I have a stash of dresses that makes my entire wardrobe about ten times better. I look good in dresses. I’m not saying that to be overconfident, I just mean that I have the body for dresses. Some people have skinny jean bodies (uh, who???), some people have button-​up bodies, some people have skirt bodies. I have a dress body — cute waist, strong thighs, good calves. And when I want to purchase a really special dress, I go to BCBG.
And this BCBG is amazing. It’s just about the perfect size, and they have a wide range of fancy dresses and suitable work attire. They also feature a decent-​sized sale selection, clearly marking various states of markdown. The fitting rooms are large and well-​lit, and always manned by a pleasant salesgirl. The middle of the store features all their shoes, and some purses, with ample seating for anyone (read: men) waiting for shoppers to finish up. The sales staff has always been helpful and available. My only issue is that they only have one cash register, which can get a bit dicey.
In any case, I’ve already bought two wonderful, perfect dresses at this location, and look forward to many more.
