There is healing power in human touch and no profession demonstrates this better than masssge. The problem with finding a good massage therapist is not knowing who to trust, not knowing who is legit and who is not legit. Yiyi’s is legit. And they will fix your knotted and tired muscles, allowing you to live pain-​free.
This is a family-​owned and run business that came over from Juarez 18 years ago (after having a very successful practice there, for 26 years prior). The therapists here are educated, experienced and knowledgeable and can usually, within the first couple of minutes of the massage, effectively diagnose your issue and use the session to not only focus on your issue and address your specific problem, but complete a full-​body massage with paraffin wax treatment in about an hour.
My issue was scoliosis (curvature of the spine) which was fixed in a few months. I went for treatment 3 days in a row, then once a week for 3 months. After that, it was a ‘tune-​up’ every month and I was good. Yes, the massage is excruciating the first day, painful the second day and tolerable the third day, but it’s the price we pay to get better and to get ‘back in alignment’.
Here they treat sciatica, back problems, acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries, tight/​sore muscles, torticolis, sprained ankles and the list goes on. The massage is done on a soft mat, on the floor… traditional style. It is deep-​tissue and it will hurt the first time… and its not unusual to hear an occasional scream (hehe)…but everyone is here to get better and thats part of the process! They even offer Swedish — American massage on appointment, on the massage table.

So there are restaurants that are wine and dine deliscious dinning experience and then there are hole in the wall gems that are amazing, cozy and unexpected. Yiyi’s is that for massage. Do not judge this book by its cover, they are legitimately better than the picture perfect massage parlors.
I «threw my back out» rested a couple days still not healing fast enough. I book an appointment here and he fixed it right up. Amazing. Highly recommended.

I had extreme pain… it hurt while she fixed it but it was worth it because I got up and was amazed that I was able to move my legs and had almost no pain .
