Village Inn

We were sat quickly but had poor service. It was incredibly busy so I understand to a point but it took a while to take our orders and when the food finally did come it was cold and bland. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was great ! Our server Jose was very polite and was on point. We ordered our food and less than ten minutes we had our food … First time in this place, I’m from Houston and would come back.

Usually have breakfast after church here because there really isn’t much to choose from in El Paso. This location doesn’t have anything to brag about as far as quality of food. The service is much worse than the food. It’s like the staff is in constant «job training“mode.
Anyways, stopped for our obligatory Sunday meal and was greeted with initial wrong order, egg shells in my omelette, and final third try of correcting all previous mistakes…(I’m hoping it was a long facial hair) questionable looking pubic hair. Couldn’t take it anymore and just paid the bill and left. Don’t think we will be visiting this establishment anytime soon.
Manager was nice enough to take my order off the bill. Even he didn’t know what to say when I showed him the hair. Didn’t see him again after that. But, I also didn’t wait for a response or feedback from him. I was severely disgusted. Yuck!

Nastier than truck stop food. C rations would be an improvement. Broken yolks on my eggs they tried to patch rather than replace. Ordered over medium and got over hard complete with brown crispy whites. Hopefully I’ll never have to return.

It’s all about the breakfast here! I had some Sour Cream Chicken Enchilada’s with eggs on it. Man that tasted good!

Food is good. But you have to wait a few for it.
Had to ask three times to get a water refill.
Staff was busy deep cleaning tables, seats, blinds, vacuuming … But distracted from waiting on current customers.
Good thing about the coffee is they bring you a carafe, so you gets several cups as you wait on the waitress to bring you silver wear.
Again, good food. With a little patience, you could enjoy a meal there.

Horrible service. Order came out wrong and when I told the waitress about the error she blamed my teenage sons for not ordering the right thing… even though I was sittingd right there when they ordered and they DID order the right thing. I used to wait on tables and I know that you don’t argue with the customer but this woman litterally stood there and carried on an argument with me. The manager apologized for the rude server and gave us our sons meals free (which I didn’t want) but we will never go back there again.

Put’s Denny’s and those type resturants to shame. The food is as better than you find in these Breakfast-​Lunch-​Dinner Family Resturant Places. The service was far beyond what you expect too…
Server (Ricardo) was the best. Kind, efficient and helpful. Each and every other server that pssed by had a smile or kind things to offer. It was no accident as I watch manager team of Julia and Shawn coach the staff on being their best the whole time I was there.
You just don’t see such great working operations like this much anymore.

I love the comfort food served in The Village inn!
You cant help but love it after a nite out or a Sunday Morning!
Cheap too!
