Great customer service! The three times that I’ve come to this store I’ve been treated very nicely, professionally and with a lot of courtesy. They answered all my questions and were just nice people.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Don’t come here. Save your self some trouble. Bad customer service: they create lots of problems and don’t want to solve them. They just send you to the corporate store cause they can’t do anything about it. Corporate store is located at fountains. Now they have great customer service!

Walked in and I thought the service was going good but then the person who was helping me said he would be back and started helping someone else. So 20 minutes later I decided to walk out.

I came in to purchase two new phones and we had renewals Avaliable on our plan. I know that the employees work on commission so I inquired about pricing up front to make sure I was in my budget. One IPhone tablet combonation was supposed to raise my payment by six dollars and cost me about 220 dollars up front, while the Samsung s6 I was purchasing was supposed to cost me about 250 with a two year agreement. That’s what was quoted and I was fine with it. 3 hours later I wound up paying $ 822.17 which was already a fusteration because it was never disclosed that the phones recommended were upgraded models 64bit or something like that. I still would have happily paid for that but I would have appreciated knowing that there was an additional cost. An hour later all of the work was done and the phones were ours but we now needed to pay an additional $ 151.55 for I don’t know what??? At this point I’m not willing to wait another several hours to have the phones converted back so I just and badgered into paying it and now I’m leaving spending nearly a thousand bucks and being bait and switched the entire time. If you have a business you might just publish what something actually costs and people would be willing to pay for it I would have probably been willing to pay the price had it been disclosed upfront. now I’m very seriously looking at paying the $ 200 buy out price to get out of my contract if one of the other phone providers can switch me over to them because I feel that this is an unethical organization.
