I don’t visit the Dr very often. I take pride in taking care of myself, eating healthy and exercising. Every staff member that addressed us was very respectful, professional and quickly addressed every question we had. Dr Rawat, Manish on staff was amazing and very attentive. If every minor emergency was equipped with staff like this, nobody would consider a hospital before a minor emergency visit. The bedside manner of every staff member that walked into our room was so considerate and nice. Long story short, i smashed my thumb in a car door and was in a lot of pain, thought it was broken. Once Dr Rawat made a hole in my finger, i could move it again. Such relief after the procedure. Being from out of town you never want to think of needing medical help, but i am grateful for this little urgent care. I have no insurance so we discussed monies before anything was done. No funny looks, just pure professionalism. Thank you guys for your help!!! You guys rock!!! And, i only waited for 10 – 15 minutes before i was called in and it was a busy night, imagine that?

I’ve never reviewed an urgent care facility before, but this particular facility is worthy of great accolade. From the onset you walk in and upon arrival everything seems fairly standard upon check-​in, but before you have a moment to really sit down and get ready to wait what you believe will be the customary year till the next day of your birth you’re called in. That’s right you’re called in and ushered though the series of preliminary screening tests. Additionally each individual truly appears to care about you, and when you finally are speaking to the physician or their assistant you are placed at ease as they truly take their time with you and the LISTEN to you!
I went in for what I thought was a terrible cold and it turned out to be the onset of pneumonia!
They immediately began a regimen of IV yes that’s right IV medications and helped me get a jump start on this awful sickness.
I didn’t even have to go to the hospital, I was able to go see them day after day until I was better and what could’ve turned into a horrible stint at the local hospital turned into a few trips to this amazing clinic where I skipped having to pay thousands of dollars for a hospital stay!
A very worth side note should be noted here as well. Although each trip I saw different people ever single attending was excellent.
This is not a fluffy compliment. These people are excellent.

After insurance I had a $ 28 balance for a visit for my two year old. This is after I paid my co-​pay at the desk and left.
I never got a bill in the mail.
However, they did call and threaten to send me to collections for my $ 28. I laughed, because it seemed absurd. «Would you really damage someone’s ability to get a mortgage for $ 28?»
The answer:
«It’s the policy. I just do what I am told, sir.»
Wow.

These people saved my life and my wife’s life. They have top people, top equipment and good attitude. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but understandable because they get a good bit of traffic. Biggest flaw can be in checking out. Sometimes it seems like they forget to get the final paperwork out as quickly as they take care of you.

Service is very limited.
Waste of my time should of just go to the ER.
Went for one problem they couldn’t figure it out.
But they supposedly found other problems.
If they can’t tell me what’s wrong with me how can they say there’s other problems?
By the way nurse practitioner attended me…
Very disappointed.

They are really very good, but my last visit took almost an hour to be seen and it wasn’t even busy. Perhaps, they should offer free coffee or tea while someone waits with their sick loved one in the waiting room!
