Came to see BTBAM, great show and cool venue! Messaged them on Facebook since most locations that sell for the venue ran out of tickets for an upcoming show this month (Amon Amarth) and were responding to me within minutes. They were very courteous and polite and the following day they sent out more tickets to All That Music and notified me that they had done so. They do need to figure out a plan to have someone answer the phone line other than that, keep up the good work guys!

The security staff is hands down the reason I give TF five stars. Hector and the female bouncer (Kim? Starts with a K) were FANTASTIC when I had to get out of the Manson concert. They looked after me, talked to me and made me feel safe enough to wait for my party to be done. It’s hard to find these kinds of people, and these are the people that make me want to come back. From an army vet with security experience, a very big THANK YOU.

I recently went to El Paso for a concert at this venue. I’ve been to a lot of concerts, at a lot of venues, and this was a one of the best. It’s really small, so you get an intimate concert, and the staff was great! The security guards were kind, and were even nice enough to bring people water during the show. They let people in a little bit a time so you’re not stressing about someone getting in front of you. Really, great venue!

Most unsafe concert venue I have ever been to! It’s no wonder a guy got stabbed here multiple times this past October (Google it). Their staff assaults people & they do nothing about it. Concerts don’t start until midnight & it’s hot inside and cramped.
Worst venue I’ve ever been to, save your money and go see a show in a safer & better place.

Love this venue. Great ambiance. Only regret was the bone thugs concert. But not their fault. The people are Awsome the drinks great price. And I’m always surprised at my bar tab cause compared to the amount of fun we had its a steal.

4 hours after doors opened and the main act Bone Thugs still hasn’t performed. No damn excuse. The DJ played tons of Lil Wayne for a 90s group.

They are doing a great job obtaining big names and quality concerts but they are completely clueless when it comes to ticketing. You know how many people are coming to the show and you should know how many people you new to staff the entrance if you are going to insist on using the antiquated paper will-​call system. There are more advanced ways to prevent scalping. Please get with it since standing in line for hours ruins the experience and forces the show to start late.
