I found my house on the internet. I’m 1700 miles away and am relying on second hand info re: the condition of a house I want to buy. I hired Sal Nieto to do my inspection after reading reviews here and I am so happy I did! His inspection was very thorough. He emailed me photos of the deficiencies that were clearly marked. He responded quickly to my emails, texts and phone calls. Sal is very professional, ethical and personable. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection.
