Really bad experience the few times I have given this place a shot. Sad, since other locations nationally are so much better in service, and quality.

So my friends and I decide to go and have a guys night out and since I have never been here I suggested this place. Well I arrive to what seems a half empty bar on a Saturday night while their is an NBA game going on. I get seated immediately and well the place is nice but the quality of the servers was not what I expected. My lovely server, Denise seemed to be overwhelmed by the five tables she had. I order a jack and Coke and I’m informed that they ran out of Jack, WTF?! So fine give me a Makers and Coke, I order the nachos and they are ok, nothing to brag about. My friends show up and I ask for another round, well they ran out of Makers Mark… Really? So i order a Long Island and some ribs… Guess what? Yup they sold the last of the ribs so I didn’t get any. I settle on the French dip, it was ok. I ask our server why are they only 4 servers in the entire restaurant? She said that they did not expect the rush, my friends and I look around and laugh and ask if she is serious? She was. The service was ok, the food was ok. Now if they didn’t run out of stuff I may have given them a 3 star, but being in the business running out of stuff is no excuse! You go to the store and buy it especially if your vendors screws you over. Will I go back? Maybe I don’t live in that part of town. I will give them credit though, these ladies did have the parts to fill the uniforms better than twin peaks girls. Check this place out but hope they have things to sell.

This place has so much potential, love the design of it and the location, the food is great but they do not have a big menu! Me and hubby to be went there to dine and they told us they turn off the kitchen at 10pm! I thought that was odd so we ust paid our drinks and left. Another night I went earlier to try the food. It is good but nothing special, like I said not a big menu. The girls here look too young! Please hire older girls that would atleast attract more people! I’m not gonna lie we go to eat at hooters or tween peaks to look at girls asses, even us girls we like to see some pretty girl! But here they are just too skinny and young to even look at! I will say tween peaks have the most attractive girls out of all restaurants and tilted kilt the worst! Anyway food is good ambiance is good! But I don’t see my self going back too much it need a little improvement. Not too bad.

Beers were not as cold as they advertise. The waitress didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The burger tasted bland with hardly any cream cheese and the bread wasn’t even tosted. The fries tasted like wal mart fries and no management on sight. The bar seems okay but I wouldn’t recommend eating there. What is it with el paso and these types of bars anyways? Half naked girls aren’t gonna save your business.(That’s for strip clubs). So please at least make an effort on the food and customer service!

Very friendly staff! Amazing beer options. Great prices! 2 dollars for draft craft beer during happy hour! The food is fantastic, drunken clams are awesome! The managers are incredibly friendly and always able to help out if there are any issues. Great place to bring family and friends, beautiful patio with fire pit.

I give one star out of kindness because the girls were nice and the pretzels were on point and one star for taste/flavor. FIRST of all it took waaayyyyy too long to get our food for how busy they were, cause they weren’t busy. Multiple people could be heard complaining about the wait and we’re getting a discounted meal. We had the Pub Pretzels for an appetizer. The pretzels were HOT with just the right amount of salt and so soft. But the«Guinness beer cheese dip» had no beer flavor and was extremely disappointing. They have better at Applebee’s! I had the pastrami sandwich and garlic fries. The rye bread had something terrible happen to it that made the crust almost to hard to bite through and then super soft in the center. The pastrami meat itself had good taste and flavor but my «hot» sandwich was cold all the way through. The garlic fries had a good garlic taste with a little Parmesan cheese but we’re also cold, And very limp and kinda stale. We had two waitresses(one was training) and they did well bringing us more water but abandoned us until we flagged someone down for our check in the end. The rest of my party liked their food for the most part. Won’t be bCk if it’s my choice SIDENOTE: This may not be exactly a «family restaurant» but they should still have a changing table. I had to take my 3 month old out to our car in the rain to change his diaper. Would’ve done it in the booth if it hasn’t been a really bad one. Didn’t want to ruin everyone’s meals.

Went for the first time last night. It was a little busy, but not crowded. The place looks great. If only I can say the same about the food and wait service. It was bad! Our server forgot drink orders, and some of the food items were left to be desired. The most aggravating thing was waiting for some service and our waitress was talking to someone at the bar… in fact, some of the wait staff did the same. Hence, a very, very small tip. Won’t be going back soon.

I was a regular customer here. After today’s visit I will never return! My flat ironed steak was cold and dry. After complaining with the incompetent manager that had no apologies or resolutions. It is a shame that this restaurant has to receive one star due to management. Server was also lacking training on what was on happy hour menu. A customer should never have to leave a restaurant on an empty stomach and upset after long hours of work! Stay away from this place!

Went with my girlfriend. Food was pretty crappy. I had a flatbread pizza and it was pretty much flavorless cardboard. Beer selection was decent. The waitresses looked like they all had shingles or herpes.

I came in expecting great things from the new restaurant to El paso. The only thing they delivered was disappointment. The wait was in excess of an hour and 20 minutes for a party of 5. When the food finally arrived, it was not as I requested, asking for a burger cooked medium and delivered it well done is unacceptable. It a very nice atmosphere but aside from that I would stay far away from this place.

What is wrong here… This pub looks awesome then they serve an $ 11 burger without grilling the bun just thrown on the plate with a pickle for a garnish… Omg this burger could have been great with a little love put into it. Grill the bun and serve it with lettuce, tomato & onion. Sad to not go the extra mile.

Scantily-clad-waitress sports bar & grills are a dime-a-dozen in El Paso these days, but personally I appreciate having many options to go watch sporting events; after an intense scouting process that involved taste testing, drink special auditing, and carefully calculating the dbag-to-Albert ratio, I’ve decided welcome Tilted Kilt into my game-watching rotation. The food is good, the drink options are plentiful, and the dbag ratio is manageable before 9pm. I like how Tilted Kilt puts an effort into integrating their Irishish/Scottishish theme into the menu, all these kinds of places do it, but it’s easy to sell fish tacos in a beach-themed breastaurant, making nachos Irish on the other hand, that takes some creativity. Also, Tilted Kilt’s menu is much bigger than I expected(that’s what she said), it’s all more-or-less pub food, but it feels like there’s good variety within that. The wings here are pretty good, they only have around 6 sauces, but I like that they have the option to get them grilled, which is a nice change of pace. The burgers are also good, big and meaty with several add-on options, I really enjoyed the Guinness BBQ burger, it was quite a mouthful!(that’s what she said) The appetizers are also quite good. The aforementioned Irish Nachos have a yummy Guinness Cheese Sauce(who knew Guinness was so versatile, and yet I don’t like the beverage itself), but the best part is that they’re made out of potato chips and not tortilla chips, it totally works! The garlic fries are a must-have, there’s nothing particularly unique about Tilted Kilt’s garlic fries, it’s just that you should always get the garlic fries when given the opportunity to do so, that’s Life 101. There’s lots of TVs here, one could even say it’s raining TVs, and I particularly enjoy that most of the seating is low tables and chairs or booths. They have free Wi-Fi, unfortunately the connection isn’t very good. The service is good, I haven’t had to wait much to place an order or get a refill, and they’re pretty friendly.

The hostess seemed lost and felt she had to explain the waiting list concept. Annoying! The place was not even full. I had the chicken fried chicken w steamed veggies, mashed potatoes & garlic bread. Food was bland yet overpriced, someone forgot my mashed potatoes and the desserts are limited to pan cookies w ice cream. The music got continuously louder and all TVs were playing the same game; defeats the purpose of conversation or entertainment. As a previous Unilocal-er mentioned, it is simply the newest breasterant; nothing else. The girls wear very short plaid skirts and although their constant bending over might be amusing to men, I found it to be in poor taste considering the children and young teenage consumers. I was completely unimpressed.

the food was cold when it came out and the pretzels were stale. Customer service was good and the staff was friendly. The kitchen needs to work on the food quality and this could be a pretty decent tilted kilt.

Even though the place was almost empty, the service was extremely slow. The waitress was very sweet but seemed completely lost. It took over an hour from the time we were seated to the time our food came out. The food wasn’t even worth the wait. Oh and apparently they need to keep your ID if you order one of their mule drinks so you don’t steal their cup. Can’t say we’d return

Food was average at best. Our waters was good but the overall quality of the food and atmosphere was cheap and lacking. Save your money and go somewhere else.

From reading reviews from other Tilted Kilt’s around the state, I was worried this was going to be my first bad review. But this is far from it. The latest breastarant, what some people call these type of establishments, is very good. From entering, it was a very nice place, I know they just opened but it was appeasing to the eye. My server, Jade was really friendly. I notice one thing that other places don’t do is that your server sits down and takes your order, makes suggestions and recommendations. I got a Budweiser and then tried a lemon-aide mixed beer cocktail. It was made of Cointreau, lemon juice and Blue Moon. Great! Then I ordered an inferno burger which was alright but I had a order of garlic fries, those were awesome. All in all, I found it was a great restaurant and friendly staff. I want to go to this place during football season.
