I’ve come here to meet up with friends and most times I’ve had the same experience. The customer service is all right. Cashiers are happy, but a few baristas seem grumpy. Idk maybe a long day? I get grumpy when I don’t have my coffee in the morning lol. Anyways, in general the customer is okay and their seating areas are pretty small. This place gets packed due to all the shops around and it’s getting colder now.
Parking. Oh man. I don’t like parking here. Lol. Whenever I come, it’s pretty congested. I feel like I’m driving in Waikiki in Hawaii again. Wanting to park far and just walk. Haha. But the area is filled with other stuff, so this starbucks is pretty busy.

Last time I had posted I hadn’t gone through their drive thru, since then, I’ve gone a number of times and still think they provide excellent service. Drinks are accurate, pretty fast moving, and a friendly hello. what’s not to like?

This is my Starbucks before heading to work, Baristas are always so friendly and offering new items to try. The drive-​thru wait times are very short since I’m on a time limit it doesn’t make me late to work at all.

Came for my free caramel flan latte. Register a gift card and get on tgeir mailing list fir offers. This is a location in an area filled with nice shops to explore. The service was good and their baked goodies seemed to be above and beyond the offerings in the other stores I’ve seen. The chocolate chip cookie was chewy and tasted great.

Went thur drive thur. Order taker was nice. Order passion fruit with lemonade. Order cream n strawberry for my daughter. It was extrely watery. Even baby girl didnt want to drink it. and that bad when your 2 year old knows it isnt suppose to taste like that LOL

First of all i ad barely gotten to the counter to look at the menu and casher immediately starts to stare at me impatiently as if I had been standing for hours with a backed up (im the only one atthe counter to order) i said give me a sec i wasn’t ready yet. He gave an exasperated sigh and walked of and paced behind the counter looking up and down at me. 2 the greasy looking guy who made the drinks made it wrong (I was watching him) then just slaps the cup on the counter like it was a gigantic favor to me he was doing this and had no patience for me. Didn’t bother looking at me eyes down. No «here is your drink», it would have been better if he said «take your fucking drink» not one ounce of courtesy you expect from a Starbucks establishment.
