Sparklean Maids

If there was less then 1 star… that’s what I would assign this «company». We hired this Sparklean Maids with the promise from them that 2 cleaners would come 2 times a week for an ungodly amount of money which we paid for the month in full. They would double book the cleaners and 1 would leave within the first hour. Then the other would stay for far too many hours trying to get the job done. On another occasion one of the «new» cleaners thought mopping the floor was pushing a swiffer around and spraying bleach in front of it. Absolutely unexceptable and completely unprofessional. After only using their services 3 times and the house still not being cleaned correctly or entirely. We decided to let them go and then dealing with the owners (Rachel and Victor) were told they would only issue a partial refund on the time the cleaners were due to come but had not because of some «policy». Luckily we have a rapport with American Express and will not be paying these crooks for services they are not providing and getting $ 449.45 back. Also the Better Business Bureau is getting a report from us also.

They did an amazing job! We had two nice ladies, one was named Maybe, they came in and went straight to it. We just moved in so we had a lot of random stuff all over the place and once they were done it looked amazing! Maybe had a great personality, was very enthusiastic and great with my kids. We def recommend this to everyone, we did the detailed clean which was a little extra but for the amount of work they did it was amazing!
