Good customer service! They offer me a drink which I thought was really nice. At first when she finished cutting my hair it looked okay. Te next day I started doing my hair and I noticed I still had some split ends on my hair which I was so disappointed because I had ask her to cut ALL OF MY DAMAGE hair which she didn’t! I will not be going back

Went in for a pixie maintenance and some color. The coloring was awful. Not what I expected from a salon that supposedly has high standards. I was charged 125. Which to me was very unreasonable. My hair was already short and the coloring wasn’t even that great it dulled my hair, even. I had to cut my own hair after to fix it to the way I actually wanted it. Won’t be coming back just because the charge was very unreasonable and the results did not meet my expectations.

they do a good job with your nails, and Stephanie is very professional just that she made it clear she only takes care of her existing clients first that’s why i wont give 5 starts but i did like the nails, they should treat new customers better.

Lucy was recommended to me by my housemate and she did a wonderful job! The rest of the staff was friendly and the space was comfortable. I only needed a trim, but Lucy got my weird too long hair back to the sassy pixie I love. Would definitely go again!

Because of the awesome reviews regarding Stephanie, I decided to to call today. By the end of the call I was left speechless, not because of the awesome or great service Stephanie provides but because of how rude she is. After talking to the receptionist, he transfer me to Stephanie and the first thing she asked was if I was an existing customer. As soon as I said no, she made it clear that she was booked for the day. Then I rephrase her response as «you are booked for new customers but not existing customers» and she said yes. WOW. SPEECHLESS. What a way to treat new clients. Guess she doesnt want my business.

Have gone to Stephanie a few times now – I’m so happy I finally found a REAL stylist that I can rely on 100%. She has such a passion for what she does and it shows. I’ve had so many bad haircuts… to the point of crying many times. I have thinning hair, which is traumatic enough as it is, but getting a haircut that the stylist thinks is ‘trendy’, rather than what works for me as an individual, just seems to happen over and over. Even when I lived in Albuquerque, I couldn’t find anyone who would truly help me with my sensitive hair issues. Until now! Stephanie totally listens to me and has helped me by recommending products that have already made a difference. Though I know I’ll never have a full head of gorgeous hair like other women, I trust it will be managable, comfortable, and look great thanks to her awesome talent.

I have been going to Stephanie for over four years now and I absolutely love her! I travel from Albuquerque every other month just to get my hair done by her. She is very talented and is one of a kind! I get compliments all the time on my 4 – 5 toned hair style even from some fancy salons here in Albuquerque. She is well worth the travel and visit. I will keep going to get my hair done with her for as long as I plan to keep a amazing hair style that I just love!!! She is the best!

I have been in El Paso for about 2 months now (military member), and had been looking for hair salon ever since. I looked around the Internet and I ran into Segovias Nail and Hair Studio, which BTW i decided to go check out before i got anything done. I needed color and hair cut and the roseanne gave me a few tips on what color i should go with since i had a lot of highlights and wanted to get rid of them… she knew exactly what i wanted and helped me decide on a color and style! I made my appointment and sooo glad i went to Segovia’s bc roseanne did such an amazing job!!! i love my hair and she is sooo talented and has been there for 7 years so she knows what she is talking about. I LOVE IT!
