Had a negative earlier review but the company’s dedication and professionalism have earned them four more stars. Within minutes if my previous review I was contacted by them and they offered to resolve the situation. (defective glass issue)
They have a lifetime warranty, if you have any problem with the glass you should say something right away. Even though it was six years after we got our windshield installed they were still willing to honor their guarantee. Not only do they have fast courteous service, they stand behind that service. So yes, thank you safelite.

Customer service representative was courteous and helpful and the technician that came out to replace my windshield was also courteous and looked professional and did a overall great job had no complaints with the job he did

The service men were great (friendly, informative and fast). The woman behind the counter was a bit irritating, but once I got past her, it was great! I would definitely go back for the great work in filling a huge crack in my Mom’s windshield. I barely could see it after they filled it! Great job!

I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of work.
The back window of my car was shattered and they were available same day to replace the window. The technician was very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I was referred to this business and I have no problem referring them to you. Great company and will definitely turn to them in the future if I need them

I was skeptical at first, but decided to try them, and am glad I did. The serviceman was prompt, polite, competent, respectful, and fast. This is the kind of service I haven’t seen from young people for many years. And the cost was about half of the quote from the local glass shop.
I highly recommend this company.
