Visiting from Austin and this place is nice and relaxing. Food and service is dy-​no-​mite! My In-​Laws are regulars and take us here every time my wife and I visit. Mario that runs the place is awesome! I’ve had their Pizza, Chicken Jerusalem, and Steak Avanti. All are fantastic!

I’ve never had a dish here that I didn’t like. The staff and owner are wonderful and they are always friendly to our three year old. It’s the perfect spot for a casual family dinner and the prices are just right.

We live in the Upper Valley and only recently discovered this neighborhood gem! The servers are as friendly as can be and the atmosphere is very nice! So far everything we have ordered has been quite tasty! Wish we had tried it years ago!!!

I have to admit that i like Past Avanti, even though I don’t live in El Paso’s Upper Valley. Go to Pasta Avanti on any weekend evening and the place is full of people who live west of Doniphan Drive. I’m not sure what makes Pasta Avanti appealing – it’s old school all the way, nothing inventive, nothing spectacular. But their old recipes are churned out fairly consistently even if they were Bella Napoli’s former recipes (prepared by Bella Napoli’s former cook?). The pizza is my favorite, but the other dishes are A-​OK, too. Too bad they don’t allow you to bring your own wine. That would be worth an additional star!
