Terrible place specially at the Copy and printing section, its manager and staff are very rude and ignorant, they don’t care about your needs and if you asked them a question about the reason of the delay in your order they would say: I don’t know why!!! Really really disappointing, I gave them a book for coiling and they did it like half a work then the machine was broke so they told me we have no idea when your book would be ready!!! It took 1 week until I could get my book which was in a terrible condition in regards coiling !!!
