Mom’s Fresh Juice Co

Incredible place. The staff is so knowledgeable and they’re always bringing out new flavors and seasonal delights. I went for juice while under the weather and they offered complementary oregano oil drops in my TLC ;-) Two thumbs up!

Nice Concept but slightly overpriced for a city like El Paso. Great variety of Freshly Made Juices (they’re actually premade in a bottle stores in the fridge). The Charcoal Lemonade was interesting and the Emerald Water was different yet refreshing but still the prices were what you’d pay back home in Manhattan NYC. Maybe most of the ones frequenting this place are hipsters who’ve moved away from priced out hipster cities like SF, Brooklyn, or Portland. Can’t really see tbe hype. Oh, and the store downtown is pretty small, it’s really a place to get your bottled drink on the go as there’s no seating areas. There’s a small area selling Mom’s Fresh Juice t-​shirts and merchandise. The upside might be that the employees there seem to be very knowledgeable on their products and pretty chill.

Have to commend them for trying to raise the healthy standards in ELP. Almost all ingredients are organic, almost… i say leave out the non organic & really make it healthy. I really don’t want to pay these prices for concentrated pesticides & possibly GMOs just so i can have green apple or cucumber in an otherwise perfect raw juice. I am willing to pay these prices for completely organic though, think about it

A cold press juice joint in the borderlands is most welcome. I’ve tried a couple of their juices and look forward to exploring the menu further. Cold pressed juice is a different method from what many are used to ordering. I really appreciate the ability to pop in and get a cold juice. The taste is great and the price is comparable to what I’ve paid at juice bars in other places.

This is fresh juice. Natural juice. Local juice. Good juice. Hell, fantastically delicious juice. This is I’m-about-to-get-my-life-together juice.
I’ve had Mom’s Fresh Juice Co. at a few different places. Mostly as a sampler kind of things and for the longest time you could only get Mom’s online. So I never ordered it. I’m not a juicer or juicee or juicehead (I’m not entirely sure what one would call themselves if they were about that juice life) so I guess I just needed easy access for me to keep Mom’s in mind when I was on a quest for fresh juice. Now it’s at my fingertips anytime I crave a refreshing drink. Yes, they have a brick and mortar!
They’re right in the Mix at the Union Plaza. That might’ve given me a little pause if they were anyone else because it seems that most businesses that have opened there have moved on to a different location or closed down, but Mom’s is different. They already have a following and aren’t relying solely on people simply finding them because they pass by. Good move, Mom’s.
The inside has a beautifully clean and modern. They just put up these clipboard with the menu. Really awesome and it makes it super easy to know what’s in stock and what’s sold out (they do sell out of certain products sometimes on the daily). And each time I’ve gone in there’s been at least two or three cheerful team members working away and yet also ready to hop over to the counter and take my order.
The last time I went I ended up leaving with the Charcoal Lemon and I gotta say this one is my favorite. It’s a little pricy, $ 8+, but afterwards I felt like my body had healing powers. Like not only was it healing itself, but it could heal other bodies within a 10 foot radius. Like toxins were being removed from my body. Hence calling it «I’m-about-to-get-my-life-together juice.» So maybe it doesn’t have legitimate healing powers, but it is sooooo good. Yes, it’s a black drink, but it tastes so refreshing and light.
Huge fan of Mom’s and the delicious juices they produce! Great for a real deal juicee (I liked that one best) or someone trying to get their life together or just someone looking for a refreshing natural drink.

So thankful EP finally has a place like this. I have visited this establishment twice. Both have been positive interactions and the juices have been tasty on both occasions. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. The second time, they took my order by phone and had it ready on time. I did a custom cleanse that included 16 juices, all tasted delicious and filling.
My picky side wishes they had more of a ‘juice bar’ concept, where one could hangout, study, or read while drinking juice and maybe even offer healhty light snack options or teas. Secondly, I wish they offered to make fresh custom juice while you are there (different method of juicing than the one they exclusively use). Lastly, I wish they had a location closer to the west side with more parking.
Overall this place offers great juices at reasonable prices for people on the go. I will surely continue visiting and hoping it expands throughout all of EP!

I recently made an order with this business for a 5-​Day cleanse (for 2 people). I made the order on a Friday afternoon — and they gave me a pickup time of the following Monday after 3PM. On the same day I made the order I discovered that I would need to leave town (for emergency reasons) on the Monday that my pick-​up was scheduled. I texted the business number listed on Mom’ Fresh Juice’s website. In the text I let them know I would need to cancel. The store manager responded to my text and told me that cancellations were not being accepted for any reason. I referenced the company’s website (the website says cancellations are accepted if received within 48 hours of the delivery time). After a LOT of back and forth the manager told me he would call me on Monday after speaking with the store manager. Long story short — they refunded 75% — so I essentially paid $ 146 for nothing — even though according to their policy I was in the accepted time window when I made the cancellation. I consider this to be a very devious hidden fee. Instead of refunding my total amount they penalized me for their lack of transparency. Not happy with this encounter.

Lov Lov this place! Awesome customer service and excellent juices! Only wish they opened up more locations.
