Very rude staff, awkward silences and definitely not a place to go without a child. I was led here by the groupon for gel nails and was very disappointed. In the department of children haircuts it seems they have it together and they seem very accommodating and sweet.

My son HATES having his haircut. I was worried about trying this place because of the reviews(but most of the bad reviews were for mani/pedi). They did a GREAT job, the lady was patient and calm. Even as he wiggled in the seat she waited for him to stop and then slowly cut more hair. She even suggested sitting him in my lap to help calm him-which worked great. The result was a great haircut and a happy kid(and Mom). I would definitely come here again.

I’m only giving it a one star because of the cute pedi chair. This place is a joke. I should of known they had no idea how to do pedicures or manicures when 1. They had us pick our color from a bucket of old polishes and 2. Tried to charge me $ 10 to have my shellac removed. Seriously?! That is typically in the cost of a shellac manicure. I quickly cancelled my groupon and just waited for my niece to get her mani pedi. Overall her mani/pedi sucked but I’m glad I only paid the groupon price. I would of never paid $ 40 the going rate. Don’t waste your time at this establishment.

Great place to take ur kids for haircuts the girls there are very patient and the car chairs are fun for the kids. They have TVs for the kids so they can watch their favorite show while they get a haircut to keep entertained, especially if u have a hard time getting them to sit long enough for a haircut.

I was a little worried about trying this place because of the reviews but I’m glad I stopped in. My daughter got a mani pedi and loved every second of it. My two sons got haircuts and came out looking like little rock stars lol. The stylist went out of her way to make my squirmy boys happy and she was so fast. I would most definitely come by again.

Like many other reviewers, I too though that their customer service was lacking. They were nice but not friendly and in an establishment that is targeted to kids you would think the staff would know how to interact with them. They would barely speak to me as hard as I tried let alone my 4&5 year old. They did a nice job on my girls who both have very long hair. Although we cut bangs on one and they aren’t straight. But I decided to get my 11 month old son’s first hair cut and the lady butchered it. :(it’s totally uneven all around. It’s so sad. I will never return again.

Well… I got here at 1:25 and by 1:30 my daughter was in a chair without appointment, so that’s a good thing… She’s been taken care of by Mayra and she is doing what I asked of her since my daughter’s hair is very curly and I like it to be cut a certain way… Mrs. Mayra is doing a good job, but there is no interaction whatsoever, not with me, not with my daughter. This is a place for kids, at least ask her how is she doing! She turned the tv on for her and that’s that… Is the most boring time ever… We’ll see how it is in the end. Also, I don’t understand this whole thing of charging separate for the hair washing, who cuts the hair without washing it? Mayra is a very nice lady, I just think she is too shy for a person that works with kids… We left at 3:00pm. The end results where wonderful. I cannot complaint at all with how my daughter’s hair turned out. Mayra did a great job and if it wasn’t for the stuffy atmosphere it would have been a great experience. Since is not a thing of wether we have a good time or not, but if she does a god job or not, I would recommend her for haircuts… But I’m not sure I would come back to the actual salon, I’ll have to look for other places and see if some other salons have a better atmosphere. They need to work on ambiance…

I got two groupons for myself and my mom to get aa mani and a reg pedi. We made the appointment and showed up. I knew it was a kids salon but omg. This is not a place for grownups whatsoever. The cheap decore, the cheap products they use are terrible. They wanted to charge us 10 $ extra per nail for any cute nail design. Um ok… so we just got our nails done in one color. The pedicure was horrible, something very very basic. No scrubbing of the heel to get any dry skin off. They used a .99 $ sandpaper paddle that didn’t do a thing. The reg nail polishes they used on our toes was old and goopy. The chair we had to sit in for our pedi was an old uncomfortable office chair! The thing we put our feet in to soak came from like WalMart. Aside from all this, my son was with me ans wanted a hair cut. I said alright and i had him pick out a style from a book. I figured they are a kids salon, what could go wrong? HA! My son had shoulder length hair and wanted this cool short style. They chopped up his hair horribly. Horribly. It was so badly cut and uneven, i had to let it grow out for a few months before I took him to our reg place to get his hair cut again. The groupon was for an adult mani pedi but this place is not equipped to perform this adult service. The women who work their are ok at best. We never went back for our second mani pedi because it just wasnt worth it. Don’t go to this place!!!

Sooooooo horrible!!! I understand it is a place targeted for kids, but I bought a groupon for an ADULT pedicure and shellac manicure. I was surprised to walk in and see that I would be sitting on a rickety old chair and have my pedicure done in an old plastic tub. The person who did my nails had obviously never done a pedicure in her life or maybe not in the last 40 years. She cut my toe nails so low, uneven, didn’t file them, didn’t give any kind of massage, she exfoliated my feet after putting on the lotion!!! My 7 year old cousin does a better job painting nails. When I finally asked her if she normally does the pedicures she informed me that she normally cuts hair and someone else does the pedicures and manicures but they chose not to show up for my appointment. I was so upset I got up and cancelled my groupon(which was for a shellac manicure as well) and told her I would just pay for the pedicure and be on my way. She hands me a phone and apparently the manager is on it. Who just says«yes?» I explained to her what happened and she said she’s sorry but that’s normally not the person who does pedicures. Well thanks lady! They still had the audacity to charge me $ 20 for this horrendous pedicure!!! Do not go to this shady establishment!!! I’ll be happy if I don’t get a staph infection from this place!!!

I like the concept of having a salon dedicated to kids. My daughters are getting a mani/pedi and they seem to enjoy it. One of the ladies it’s very attentive to what my 6 year old is saying(and she asking lots of questions about the pedicure… its her first pedi so I completely understand her); however the other other lady is not interacting at all with my 11 year old… I’ll wait until we are in the car to see if she says anything about her experience here…
