Service is terrible. The place was busy and that’s expected on a Sunday night before a holiday Monday, but I’m there by myself and not looking to wait for a table. I find a seat at the bar, clearly visible to both bartenders working there. It took over 10 minutes for them to notice me even when one bartender served food to the couple next to me. I ordered ribeye and shrimp with a salad and baked potato. When the food arrived, the guy just called out my name; some random guy brought the food, not the bartender. Also I DIDN’T get the salad I ordered. And despite the fact they asked me if the steak was cooked enough, it wasn’t. A little too pink for medium well. The bartender did take 20% off for the missing salad but I for service this bad the meal should be free. I’ll pay for my beer and tip the bartender.

Please please read and listen to other reviews, my wife and I decided to try Logan’s as we have never been here but we will not be returning. My wife and I ordered drinks and appetizers which were not bad but nothing special. We also prefer two steaks a 9oz fillet and a 6oz sirloin. The sirloin didn’t not appear bad but was under cooked to say the least. The fillet on the other had was a joke! I have never seen a fillet that looks as dried out and looked like it came off a mcrib as I have at this establishment, plus I paid $ 21 for this, I wouldn’t even give this to my dog it was awful.

This place has turned into a joke. It used to be the happening place. They had only half of the sides and our baked potatoes were not edible. They need to make a Lot of changes. Not good.

I enjoyed my meal everything was delicious. The drinks were great as well. Our waitress did an excellent job and was prompt and attentive. The only thing I disliked were the cleanliness of the restrooms.

The kitchen was extremely slow the night we were there. Two burgers and chicken fried steak… over 40 minutes from order to delivery? Our server was very nice but was obviously struggling with the kitchen. I think she wanted to hide as she was dealing with complaints from all over her section. The only reason for two stars and not one is that the kids liked their burgers. However, the CFS and side dishes were too cold to eat and not really sure what type of meat was used but trying to cut it with that big steak knife was almost impossible. I don’t send things back… but I did this time. The server offered to box it up or get me something else but I passed. She did take it off the bill. I’m not sure if this is typical but the crowd was very rowdy. If you have little ones, rethink this place.

Will never eat here again, service wasn’t bad but the food was absolutely terrible, I ordered what they said was 16 oz prime rib which was small, fine, must be good right? Nope way over seasoned and chewy, literally couldn’t eat it because how salty it was, also had broccoli that was very undercooked and still had crunch to it, best thing about the plate was the baked potato and honestly I only ate that because I was hungry. All in all I went home and made some top ramen. My mistake, should have went to Texas roadhouse.
Ps. sorry waiter, you can blame the cook for no tip.

Great service from the door to the table. Mark was wonderful at making sure we were well taken care of. Our steaks were cooked to our order. Love the service and would really recommend this location to anyone that wants delicious food and super service come to Logan’s.

This will be the first and last time I order anything from this particular location.
Even after over 10 minutes of agonizing, over-​the-​phone back and fourth with the hostess on the other end, struggling to get the correct thing on order, she still ends up giving us the completely wrong meal. The worst part is she repeated the order back to us. And it was on the receipt. I was curious as to how their version of a cheesesteak tastes, but… not anymore.

Wow. This was an experience. I’ll keep it short and sweet.
I went with four people we all had salads, two of them were wrong. Our drinks came, I tried something new and «pointed to the picture» back to the salads. One wrong dressing, the other dressing was not put on the side as asked. «Onion tower»… What a joke, it was a couple onions not even half way up the stand thing they use. Drinks came and mine did not have alcohol and did not look like the picture (the splash of jack, was not even in my drink) Moved forward and waited for main dishes. They finally arrived with two steaks way under cooked. Horrible experience. 3 out of the 4 steaks cooked wrong. Mine was returned 3 times. I gave up.

We came with a party of 14 on a Monday and there was hardly anyone here. The food was cold and it took more than an hour. Last time we all come!

Well, I’m going to start out with I should have listened to the reviews when I read them before coming. We got here and they said 45 min to an hour, fine by me. I knew it being V-​day and around dinner time it would be crowded. We got seated less than the time expected, but at a table that was clearly pushed into a corner to make space for more guests, no condiments, peanuts, nothing. We ordered our drinks and some fried pickles, which were probably the best thing about our visit. We then waited over 45 minutes for our food in which the cook apparently «never got». Was then told our food would be out in 5 minutes…15 minutes later our food was out, but cold. The steaks were cooked to order, but cold. Besides our appetizer and the waitress being halfway decent I am VERY disappointed, and will not be returning.

This place is not worth going back too. The service is not good and the food is just ok. The loaded Mashpotatoes were barely loaded. It took an hour to bring our food and it wasn’t even packed.

Poor Poor Poor Management. Very rude and disrespectful. Terrible service the worst I have ever come across. They got our whole parties order wrong and both over cooked and under cooked our steaks. The manager was arguing with us instead of just making the orders right. Hasn’t he ever heard of «the customer is always right.» What’s the point of asking how we like our steak to be cooked if they can’t even get that right. Avoid this restaurant at all costs if you’re looking for great customer service! I will never ever return to the Eastside Logan’s in my life again.

This is the second time I go to Logan’s and I have always gotten very good service and food. This time was no exception. Staff is always friendly and welcoming and food is served shortly after ordering. I usually stick to ordering chicken based dishes but when I go with my mom or friends they always have a good opinion about their steaks and other beef dishes. Their bread is also very good :)

I love this place and the way it’s setup. It’s not to noisy and the staff are amazing. Also, the piña coladas are so good!
The reason that this place loses a star is due to the fact that every time I order a medium rare steak it comes well done. Every time. I wish they would hire a person who knew they’re steaks.
But overall, this place is awesome and I recommend it to everyone.

Logan’s atmosphere is better than it’s food, which is why I think the reviews aren’t so hot. I’m a fan of their atmosphere, I’m not a «country» guy, but they’ve got TV’s everywhere, the music is not overwhelmingly loud, there’s free peanuts, and if you’re at the bar the service is great.
The food isn’t spectacular, but I see people calling it a steakhouse and I don’t think Logan’s is a steakhouse, it is more akin to Applebees, the chicken is way better than the steak by the by.
This is a good place to watch sports if you need a break from ear-​blasting hip hop and MMA tough guys, and if some mediocre chain restaurant food is the price to pay, I’ll gladly pay it.
