It’s JC Penney’s. You know what you’re getting into when you walk in. I do like this one, however, because it has multiple levels which I’ve only ever seen in cities like Philly and NY. It’s aged, but it’s authentic to the downtown area. It’s a nice change of pace from all the other shops. Pricing is no different than what you’d see in the mall, but it doesn’t get nearly as full which is nice if you actually want to try stuff on and not wait for a changing room.
