I went here a couple of weeks ago for the first time and walked away disappointed. I ordered the ‘Bianca’ and it wasn’t good; I honestly felt like I wasted my money. The ricotta cheese was ice cold and overpowered the pizza. I may go here again and try something else, but I’m not sure it will be worth wasting the money.

They catered our wedding. The guests loved it! They’re a really friendly group – no hassles at event time.

A great small place on Fort Bliss. It’s too bad the rest of the city can’t try it out. The owner is friendly and very eager to answer any questions. He even allowed my curious 4 year old son to see the brick oven(from a safe distance). My only complaint is there is no options for chicken. That being said, don’t hesitate to try what they do have, from the traditional toppings(pepperoni, sausage, etc) to a full on Mediterranean(think veggie) that my wife loves.

Not the best brick-oven experience. To be fair, it’s hard to out perform the brick oven restaurants found all over Europe. The pizza was undercooked leaving the crust chewy and unpleasant to taste. Sure they think the pizza’s done in 75 seconds, but I would prefer leaving it in the oven for a good 5 minutes to make sure the crust is adequately cooked. For far less cost, I could go to the grocery store, pop open a can of Pilsbury dough and stick it straight in my mouth for a similar experience. Toppings were good, though the sauce leaves a lot to be desired. There are too many other pizza joints around Ft Bliss and El Paso worth trying, so sorry Forma Pizza, but it’s highly unlikely that I return.

This is a great alternative to Grimaldi’s. The pizza was cooked in a brick oven within minutes. Simply put, delicious! Their fast service makes it convenient during lunch hour. I definitely recommend it!

Eh, a nice concept with the wood burning oven and the word«Neapolitan» in there name, but that’s where it ends. It’s a bit overpriced and of mediocre quality. It reminds me of the first time I had Pizza Hut back in 1980– a crust more like cardboard with packaged toppings. The greens did look fresh, but the meats and cheeses had that heavily preservative quality and look. You can order pre-selected items from the menu, or build your own 10″ pizza(which shrinks to about 8−½″). I chose the Margarita. If you can make a good margarita pizza, everything else falls into place. The dough is more like flat bread– it lacks that quality necessary for pizza dough, even thin crust– it is gluten free. The sauce is too thick and lacking flavor– more like tomato paste then a fresh sauce. The ingredients don’t look appetizing, having that packaged look, though they do have a rather large selection of options so you can easily customize any creation. Oh, they are fast. My pizza came out in less than 2 minutes, keeping with the style of ovens operating at 800 degrees. Overall, it left an unappetizing after taste in my mouth and it’s not a very value friendly meal. For those on fort bliss who need something quick and not too heavy, this is convenient. Just don’t have high expectations.

Forma’s is my preferred alternative to any of the chain fast food in Freedom Crossing. It’s quick, tasty, fresh, and unique. The staff are friendly and will let you watch the pizza cool in the oven if you ask(I highly recommend you check the oven out.) This place should have a storefront in order to sell wine with their awesome pizzas.

I drove by several times before I finally stopped by and gave it a try. Let me just say wow. I’ve had a lot of pizza in my life, and this could be the best I’ve ever had. Very high quality toppings, crust was perfect, excellent flavors. Not anything you’d expect to find on post. Best part they are super fast and cook it fresh right in front of you in 2 minutes! My new favorite.

This is the best pizza I have had in the USA. After being stationed in Europe I love Italian real pizza. Thin crust, fresh toppings and pure deliciousness. This place is a little tent looking place on fort bliss… you could miss it driving up. But once inside they explain the pizza and everything about it. Sizes, options and describe the style. Ya know some people don’t like thin crust. It’s so good. It’s cooked over wood fire. It’s so fast and cooked exactly like I had in Rome. It’s not too pricey, more than Pizza Hut or dominos but it’s so much better. Honestly if you haven’t had of yet, get in there and get some! It’s delicious. It’s my new favorite place in El Paso! Service was super fast too! Seriously great place I can’t say that enough!

Very fresh and tasteful pizza! It’s a great little idea for the post. Only issue is it seems to be a little pricey. Runs almost $ 9 for a 10″ pizza. Don’t get me wrong it’s really good! And taste great but for that price I can almost get two large at Little Caesars.

Pizza was delicious! I gave it four stars because of the slight gas taste to the pizza. Pizzas are made to order on raw dough. Cooked in a brick oven, I assume powered by gas. The ingredients were fresh. I had the Mediterranean pizza, with no olives and I about died from the amazingness. Super crispy crust. Each pizza is 10″ can be shared by 2 people, but you won’t wanna share. Staff is very friendly and waiting about 10 to 15 minutes for the pizza to cook is worth it. Favorite pizza place in town by far and I love how close it is to my house.
