Elite Moving Pros

Stay away from these so-​called movers. There is nothing elite or professional about this company!!! We wanted to give our business to local people and hired them to move our 5 bedroom, 3000 square foot home into a nearby storage unit. The owner Mr. Subia stated that it would take under 5 hours to complete and quoted a price. On the day of the move, they showed up a half an hour late, with a small rented UHAUL truck and two guys (not professional movers) to do the move. The move ended up taking 12 hours and they were not even able to fit all of our stuff into the large storage facility we rented. They were not finished with the move until after 11:30pm and just left the remainder of our stuff at the property They ended up charging close to $ 900.00 for a move that was quoted at being under $ 400.00. The two guys that arrived explained to us that the owner only was paying them $ 8.00 an hour, and that we could have just hired them and rented our own appropriately sized UHAUL and it would have been much cheaper and not such a negative ordeal. When we called the next day to speak with the owner about the situation, he became nasty and rude refusing to even discuss the situation or deduct any of the extra money he’d charged us. He then hung up the phone on us. We would warn anyone not to use a company that has zero customer service skills and would not even consider correcting their mistakes. Also on their website and even on this Unilocal site, they post of picture of a moving van with their name on it. Don’t be fooled by that… they use rented UHAUL trucks to do their moves. Disreputable!!!

These guys are GREAT!!! They’re so professional, organized, and took pride in moving my furniture. I would recommend them to anyone. They deserve more than 5stars. Thanks so much
