I have been to this place several number of times and it never dissapoints! Do not be discouraged by the exterior, located in an old shopping center once bustling with people back in the 1980’s. This used to be a Dairy Queen back in the day.
I always crave the flautas here, they have both chicken & beef. You get 4 to an order with rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa, all for 6.99 or maybe 5.99? All I remember it was a good deal for all that food. The flautas were delicious and not greasy! Beans and rice are also deciduous; I usually order take out, and have eaten in here once. I have eaten the shrimp cocktail, it’s perfect! The shrimp is a nice size, plenty of it, the sauce is also good and spicy, with little chunks of avocado, and it comes with crackers. Try it, if you don’t feel like having anything else! They have all kinds of burritos, tacos, breakfast, and your typical Mexican food and comida corrida.

Went there because of the good reviews. But left disappointed. People of El Paso need to get out of the city more or maybe they’re just used to what they grew up with.
I ordered the carne asada tacos. I couldn’t take a bite without biting into fat or gristle. I don’t know why they call it asada when it’s cooked on a griddle I mean at least they could use better quality meat.
Just because a place or someone says authentic, does not mean it’s good.

The tacos asada are the best in town. taste just like in Mexico. Seriously the same flavor profile like if the product was from over there. And their prices are real real economical. I gave 5 stars for the tacos I don’t know about the rest of the food. But make sure you always get two orders just like in Mexico.

Really good authentic Mexican food. The enchiladas montadas is currently my favorite dish at the moment. Good service too.

Super cheap but huge portions and delicious food. The chile rellenos are highly recommended!

Damn good tacos, complete with grilled onions and piles of cilantro. the guacamole is pretty good too.
