One Star: The City of El Paso really needs to do better. The only reason I’m here is so my kid can play sports. Why the 1 star? Get ready to plug your nose the whole time you are here. It seriously smells horrible.
Second: No matter how many times parents complain about the referees, they still have jobs! Bless them… Thanks for trying to give back. The age limit really should be 55. No offense seniors but these kids are youthful! You’re getting out ran.
Third: The City makes you take a class on how to be good role models. However, it never fails, some parents continue to be donkeys. It’s shameful!
The Coaches: Well what can I say? Some of these coaches are here and they think it’s the NBA. They are terrible coaches. It’s youth basketball. It’s not that serious.
Parents never get banned and they should. As should the coaches. Some of these coaches need anger management classes.
A year or so ago I was getting ready to sue them but my kid begged me not too cause he wanted to play. He got hurt because the refs are so old they can barely run up and down the courts. It’s sad. The ref wasn’t making calls and because of that my kid got a sprained ankle.
What is a parent to do? I’ll try to post some ratchet parents once the season starts.
If you are new in town, your better organization to put your kid in is Dream Arena! At least the ratchetness is tamed!
