Terrible service. If triple aaa sends them out — get an alternate provider. They stated a 12:05 arrival time. When we called the dispatcher Antonio Machuca was very rude telling me they were busy. I asked why then had they updated the aaa system to say they were in site. He told me that was not my business and that he was not going to argue. The bald large man who arrive at 12:45 was also very rude. He said zero to me, unlocked the car and drove off. Customer service skills lacking!

Very fast service. Absolutely professional and very friendly staff came and helped me out with my problem. My car key would not turn and it broke inside the switch. I googled locksmith and i found el candado on Unilocal with a good review. Luckily the review helped pick a very good locksmith service in el paso.

Its a sad day when you have to report that your ride needs a tow. Fortunately, there is a thin silver lining, and its called El Candado. El Candado Locksmith and towing did a great job towing the Wart Hog when it finally decided that 173,000 miles was more than enough miles for a pump to pump. These guys arrived quickly, and thanks to AAA, the tow was free.
Anyway, give these guys a call if you need a tow.
