Food here looked very promising according to the posts and reviews I read. I ordered the Gordita, flauta taco combo and it was ok. I think of they actually had option of carne asada for the tacos it would of been better. Everything on my plate was made out of ground beef, not much of a variety for meat. My wife had the same but with Chile relleno and she wasn’t impressed at all. She tends to judge restaurants by their enchiladas and well, the single enchilada she ordered was way to spicy she couldn’t finish it. We both rate this restaurant a 3 for now.

WoW… Somebody awesome brought in some gorditas to the office today… and as soon as I saw them i knew it was going to be delicious!!! I was right! Crunchy. Just the right amount of filling. The salsa was perfect-just the right amount of kick for my hawaiian taste buds to handle. Although I wanted to eat 2 more I unfortunately erred on the side of moderation — which was dumb — bc now I want them and they’re closed already.

I have been coming here since I was a little girl. Food is just always on point. There Gorditas, burritos, lent special, and salsa are so good, the best mexican eatery in el paso.

Great food, fast service. I had the fideo and the combo plate with a gordita, taco, and enchilada. Good red chile sauce. Beans and rice were flavorful. Enjoyed this. Will return!

Soul food for me is a steaming bowl of their caldo de res. The meat is always tender, there are plenty of vegetables and not too many potatoes, and the rice is always cooked perfectly. Served with a side of corn tortillas, it’s the best lunch in town. Also not to be missed: their gorditas. Oh, wait – don’t forget to try their breakfast, too!

This place is bad. The girl at the counter had a bad attitude. My dad ordered something off the menu she said they didn’t have it and proceeded to rush him to make another decision. He got the enchiladas which were hard. I got the special adobada platter, which was fatty, boiled chili powder tasting pork not even edible. They don’t put out salsa or anything to mask the bad taste. Horchata was fake powdered drink. I honestly got a stomach ache. Will not be going there again.

There are only 2 occasions that swing by this restaurant, after I work through the night and when I party through the night. I always have the same two things from this place, the chorizo breakfast burrito and the Mexican breakfast burrito. They are both great and would recommend them to anyone. The salsa is too spicy for my taste, but I usually take them home and but siracha on them. Yum.

Has been a family tradition for years and years. Every time I got good grades, I got gorditas, flautas and tacos. The fideo and albondiga caldo is legit too.

Clean, affordable Delicious! It could use a little more spice but the food is always tasty. Just give it a shot.

I’m from Phoenix but every time I come to El Paso to visit family I eat at Delicious just about every day. This place is the perfect representation of Tex Mex… you can’t find food like this anywhere else. Affordable and, indeed, D E L I C I O U S. I’m not going to tell you what to order… I’m just gonna say GO! and let the food speak for itself.

fresh clean, good food, not greasy at all, fair portions, fair prices, this is my second time here and I will be back for sure.

OMG! Can you say Picadillo Burrito without drooling all over yourself? I can’t when it comes to Delicious Mexican Eatery located on the east side of El Paso. I blame my parents for getting me hooked on their yummy burritos! Everything I have tasted here is — well, as the name describes — Delicious! My FAVE items are the picadillo burrito which is ground beef and potato and mouthwatering seasonings wrapped up in a tasty tortilla. The shredded beef/brisket is my second fave, again wrapped neatly in a tortilla. I also REALLY like their empanadas. No matter what filing they use, the sweet bread is just sooooo good! Located in a strip shopping center with enough parking, this is a must stop whether eating in their modest dining area with metal chairs and tables, or taking a bunch of burritos to go!
