I received a call back and I feel a little better about the experience because it means they care about the customer experience. The regional manager explained that in my case it was probably better if they charged by the hour rather than using a set price as a guide. The fuse not being put back in was for safety reasons, which I understand. They just didn’t leave it available. My counter to that was I just should have been told rather than faced with denial that they didn’t do it. I’m increasing my rating because of the follow up experience. I was told that if in the future I needed to have anything installed or to purchase anything they would make it right. Maybe after my next experience I will make it a 5 star. This shop was recommended by my coworker.
